I went for what would be the second…interview

I went for what would be the second interview to get hired . I know i'm more than qualified but , i think i am just discriminate upon at this point . And feeling very discouraged as well so ill let them keep their time and store but i might wanna look deeper on why its a issue and speak to a hirer up .

Disgusting experience shopping at the store

I visited the store that’s in West County Mall. I took a half sleeve jacket and did not realize some gum was stuck to it on the backside. I saw it only when I got home. My only mistake was I did not take the receipt. The next day when I went to exchange it for a fresh item. They refused to return it saying they can’t verify if I purposely put the gum on the jacket or if it was already present. The tags were still present. It was a mere $10 jacket. If they can’t trust a customer and build customer loyalty, what is the use.
Also, my mom took a shrug which was too tight for her, just because I did not have the receipt they refused to take the return or give me a store credit. As far as I know, every store provides a store credit if there is no receipt, what kind of a cheap business mindset is this that they are looting common people. Shame on you guys!

It is the second time buying some items…

It is the second time buying some items in charlotte. The experience with pants and shorts (jeans) have been terrible, the smell is very unpleasant, I washed the pants and nothing chanced, those have Strong chemical smell. I don't recommend buy jeans in this store.

Refused help/service/discriminated

Purchased 2 pairs of boots that were on sale on 12/13. Return to the store a few days later to get a refund. Manager said there are no returns, refunds or exchanges, but that's not what my receipt or their policy says. She was rude/loud and wasn't interested in what I had to say. After looking over my receipt, and saw that I had every right to get a merchandise credit, I returned again yesterday and Manager still
refused to help me. I filed a formal complaint. She discriminated against me because I'm Black American, I was humiliated, mistreated because of my color. I will never do business Charlotte Russe again.

Plaza del Caribe en Ponce, Puerto Rico

The store is in Ponce, Puerto Rico. It had sexually explicit music on the speakers. The manager was notified and he only said that they did not control the music, which was the central office in the US. It seems disrespectful to the family to enter a town where most of its clientele are girls and young people. That kind of music is not appropriate.

Horrible Customer Service

9-6-25 , I visited the Denver store at the Northfield Mall, and this is not the first time I or someone else has experienced bad customer service at this location. There was an approximate of seven patrons in this store just shy of 5:00 pm. I wanted to purchase a pair of sweat pants. As I approached the register, I noticed a hand written sign reading that it was the start of the line. Mind you, when I walked in, there was a lady standing behind the cashier on her phone, another employee restocking and organizing the store - so, no greetings came our way. I got to the line area and noticed that the same lady at the register was still on her phone. Not knowing if she would spot me from her distraction, I approached her and asked her which register was opened. Mind you, no one else was in line. She looks at me and responds that the register I was near was opened, but that I would need to wait behind the sign that read where the line started. Her response would have not bothered me as much if she had said it differently. I worked in retail for a decade, and I know costumer service. This female spoke to be as if I were a familiar to her. I responded by saying that I knew where the line was, that I could read, and that I wasn’t sure if she would spot me, her being on the phone. That did not sit well with her as her body language gave it away. She goes on to tell me that she did not “have time for this today”, and that I did “not have to be here.” I obviously responded that I was a patron, and had every right to be there. Needless to say, I did not purchase the sweat pants, nor will I be returning to that location. With Charlotte Russe having so many competitors, who do hire mild-mannered, eloquent speakers who do provide customer service, I have no need to ever go there in a lifetime. I love to shop, and I’m not shy about spending my money. But I refuse to drop a pretty penny where people working act like they are paying me to shop where they work! I hope that was not the manager, because if she was, she needs training, or another profession!

The employees from Victorville mall on…

The employees from Victorville mall on bear valley, manager tott and assistant manager mars I believe that’s how you spell there names. They made my experience so wonderful I loved how helpful they were and they did everything with a smile they made me and my family feel so comfortable and overall they just elevated the experience so much you guys have some really good employees at that location.

1st time in my life I've been refused…

1st time in my life I've been refused for returning/warranty claim on something.aftwr few days off purchase..not even one week..no return no exchange no money back.. nothing.
Just called on me and my fiance security services.
What a ridiculous store!

You Can't get your money back Even with Tags STILL on and RECIEPT

Went to Charlotte Risse in East Towne mall (Madison WI) amd the manager kept yelling out closing in 20 minutes and every minute or 2 after so I took the 2 items that they said I hadno time to try on to the counter I asked the manager if these didn't fit couldI return them she said"no problem " I tried them on at home 1 fit 1 didn't so 2 dayslater iwent to return the item andwas told I couldonly get store creditor exchange. "It even says so on your receipt " Ok, so wrning me AFTER it was too Late to do anything about it must equal good Business?? Wow! That's like telling someone after their in the middle of the pool that the lifeguard doesn't know CPR!

I did order since 12th of May

I did order since 12th of May, since then I didn't get any response just some fake emails that is updated the status of your order. This website should be blocked 🚫 😤 and shouldn't use anymore our card details, is a SCAM. They keep sending me offers and sale, I paid for a satin set 39£ .

What you pay for is what you get

What you pay for is what you get. Quality is bad but even worse I bought jeans and they had an odd fit. The crotch bunched up making me look like I had male parts. Pulling them up that back tag that rips up your back came off, but all other tags were on, and they would not take them back. Ok keep the 15.00 jeans i just won’t shop there again. Peace.

I would give negative stars

I would give negative stars! Manager at Braintree mall was obnoxious and rude. Super big chip on her shoulder!!! I asked her to point me in the direction of where I could find another similar jogger. She screamed at me and told me everything she had was out!!! That wasn't my question. I will take it up with their district manager. Super poor customer service! Don't go to that store!

I would make it NO stars but you have…

I would make it NO stars but you have to select a star to write a review. I purchased a pair of sweat pants and a Jean shirt. I went home and the sweat pants had a hole in it and the Jean shirt had the alarm tag still on it. I thought, no big deal. I have the receipt! I went to the store in Braintree mail. (That is where I purchased it) I was told the shirt was not on the receipt, as if I stole it. I said I purchased this 2 days ago. The women said I was unable to keep the shirt because I did not pay for it. (Keep in mind I am a black women) another black women walked over and LOOKED at the receipt and said she did purchase it, the screw number is on the receipt. Then they said I could not exchange the sweat pants because it had an hole in it. I said I purchased it like that. They would not allow me to exchange. I asked to speak to a manager and they called her. She said the same thing. I explained if that is their policy then they need to check clothes out because allowing people to purchase. Long story short. I had to keep the pants that had a hole in it! I will never go to this store again. The managers were not helpful and seemed not to care.

No Free Returns

I shop online all the time and most other online fashion stores offer FREE returns. I had to learn the hard way when trying to return two pair of boots that ran small, even though I chose my actual size, that when I had to return them I had to pay $15.00 (cheapest option they had), to return boots that I paid $30 for (was buy one get 1 free) so basically there went half the money I paid for the boots JUST to return them! Never again! Just make sure if you buy from them you know your size or be prepared to pay an expensive return fee if you dont want it. Might as well have kept them and sold them on eBay or something. I only gave a 2nd star bc any other time I have a good experience with shopping online with them.

Don't buy anything sale on this store

Don't buy anything sale on this store. I bought 2 tees that was on sale and when I checked out the item the machine showed original amount, then I told the employee that it was on sale. She entered sale amount then told me it was 10 dollar but later when I checked on my bank account they charged me 23 dollar which is full amount. I threw my receipt the day I bought it. Now I don't have receipt with me. This was my first shopping with them. Never ever gonna buy anything from this store again.
