Feels like tips are working for me

Feels like tips are working for me. I used to just freeze up when trying to talk to someone but doing the exercises made it a bit easier to just go for it. The videos are helpful even though some of the examples look rather polished, like in a movie or something. Still seeing some progress which is cool.

The tips about social stuff are pretty solid. I’m a bit awkward in new groups and the part about breaking the ice helped me not look like a total statue lol. It’s normal stuff you can use without feeling like a creep. Only real gripe is some of the secret tips feel like things you should already know if you've ever had a normal conversation before. But yeah, it’s mostly helpful if you’re trying to get better at talking to people.

It makes a difference if you put the work in. I’ve tried other guides before but never felt progress. Following the exercises step by step made meeting new people less stressful. Only downside is that a few tips seem repetitive or obvious once you try them, and not every strategy fits every personality. Still worth it if you want to build confidence.
