Worst Experience Ever – This Website is possibly a Scam!
Zero Communication, Zero Delivery - possible SCAM
I placed an order with this website over 20 days ago, and I still have not received my order. During this time, I sent them countless emails asking when my order would be shipped. Do you know what I got in return? Only ONE reply.
And that single reply was short, careless, and completely unhelpful – they just said the order would be shipped that day. Of course, that was a lie. Nothing was shipped. Since then, it’s been almost 10 days with no reply to any of my emails. Total silence. No tracking number, no updates, nothing.
This is not just poor customer service – this is outright fraud. They take your money, they ignore your messages, they make false promises, and they never deliver the product. I had to contact my bank to stop the payment, and I am reporting them to EU and Dutch consumer protection services.
The frustration and disappointment this company has caused me is beyond words. It feels like they never intended to ship anything in the first place.
