Perfect Little necklace for a toddler. Delayed blue to small chain not being available but was fast tracked a few days later as a consideration.

I ordered a necklace I had been looking at for a while. Unfortunately I was told one of the charms would take a bit longer to get in, however they gave me free one day delivery after they had received it. This is service I would never get anywhere else. Absolutely would recommend!

Necklace arrived damaged. After a number of emails to them that they ignored I decided to reached out to them on Etsy as I saw they had a store front. They quickly replied when they thought they had a sale but when I told them about the damaged necklace it was radio silence. In my eyes they are con artists. Seems they are getting good reviews when the product arrives undamaged but beware if you have any issues you will get zero response. In the end I had to contact my bank to report them. I provided them all the email support and Etsy chat and the bank clawed back the payment. Although this was a lot of work and I ended up having no gift for my friend on her special birthday.
