Ordered March 8, expected March 14. Waited a month, nothing came. Support said two orders sent wrong. Ignored my calls and emails. Thought it was a scam. Threatened complaint, no reply.I reached out to blue dart and they said it’s pre-generated order ID nothing like this exist in their system. After that the order delivered April 25 suddenly. They are frauds. Don't buy anything no guarantee you will get the order!

This website sells dresses and other western wear in India and is heavily advertised on Instagram and Google. I placed an order for a dress on 9th January, with a promised delivery time of about a week. It has now been almost a month, and the item hasn’t even been dispatched.
I’ve tried reaching out through every available support channel—calls, chats, emails—but there has been absolutely no response. There’s been no update, no refund, nothing.
At this point, it feels like the money has simply been taken without any intention of fulfilling the order. The support Gmail ID and WhatsApp chat appear to be operated by someone named “Ketan Chauhan,” and this strongly seems like a case of fraudulent activity.
