The pictures shown look like a true, 3D, quilted coverlet. But what is being sold is a polyester print of the image of the quilt. They even show pictures of a quilt being made on the About Us page. So misleading! It is not a quilt. I ordered it 8/18/24 for Mom's birthday 8/30. It arrived 10/1/24.

Poor image quality (very blurry images on covers). If item arrives damaged require you to pay return shipping.

The items pictured on their site look as if they are actually quilted pieces and are misrepresented. I do not expect at these prices for them to be handmade - but the fabric is really inexpensive and the workmanship is very poor. I tried to return the items and having difficulty in doing so.

This company promises an "American" design experience. However the company is based in Hong Kong.

I have waited since May, over six weeks, for a quilt promised within 2-3wks. Customer Service now says, the quilt cannot pass customs, thus the delay, and "they will keep trying."

I have insisted on cancellation, but they deny offering assistance in this way. They claim they have restarted the order. I fully intend to alert MC and decline payment. Moreover the credit card company will welcome becoming aware of yet one more online retailer in practice of FRAUD:
American based company it is NOT and prompt fulfillment, a false promise as well.

If it (eg, low price w.top quality) seems too good to be true .. indeed BEWARE!!

Items are not quilted- cheap material made by a machine and expensive. Do not buy from this company. Buy from ETSY instead !!

The products sent were photographic fabric pints of the actual items shown on the website. They come from Hong Kong, and will happily give you a refund if you SEND IT BACK TO HONG KONG. "We are an American Company" ... not to mention that they have MULTIPLE websites with similar names. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES and they have peppered their websites with fake reviews.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I BOUGHT A BLANKET WITH A HORSE HEAD AND THET SENT ME A BLANKET OF A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PATTERN. THEY SAID THERE WILL BE VARIATIONS IN THE BLANKET. WOW! They send any blanket they want. I have a dispute in with my credit card company. What Scammers!

This company falsely claims they sell quilted items. The products are not quilted; the quilt pattern is printed on the fabric and a curving stitch line is sewn across the fabric. Their website shows a person hand quilting a blanket and this is very misleading. The products are cheap. And the worst thing is that they don’t guarantee your satisfaction. They asked me to return the products at my expense and only offered a 50% refund.

Buyer beware. Not as described at all. Very disappointed when I received the quilt. Asked to return and was told to keep it and they would refund me half the money minus the shipping. Wanted to let everyone know that this is a scam. Do not purchase from them.

Zero - 10 would be my rating. The quilts that I ordered were beautiful in the photos when I purchased them. The items that I received are garbage! They are not quilts and they are so ugly that I would not use them in my dogs bed. This is a bait & switch SCAM. Nothing Charming about this trash! BUYER BEWARE!!!

This is a scam! I ordered a blanket and received email updates on the status and when it was being sent. I received notification it was delivered via USPS but I receive daily notifications from USPS and there was no package delivered. We also have a locked mail box so no one could take it, and we have cameras around the house and there was no video of a delivery. I provided the company with a screen shot showing the tracking number as being delivered and a screenshot of the daily mail notification showing it was not, and I sent a picture of my mailbox showing it is a locked mailbox. They told me to call the postal service again, which I did, but they said if there is no record in the daily mail notification then they have no record. So at this point I've jumped through several hoops and the company just keeps pushing me off. At this point I'm writing off the money as a loss but want others to be aware. Caveat Emptor!

Total SCAM.
They sent a cheap unquilted product from China - Chinese label - after waiting almost eight weeks for their "handmade with love" Native American quilt. It was embarrassing to open it! I was literally shaking. The colors were harsh, and a completely different palette than what I ordered. The fabric was a cheep polyester blend versus cotton, there was no hand-stitching, no quilting of the birds or background which was all just printed on the fabric, the birds were 10X bigger than the photo. It was a nightmare order. Total SCAM! The return label is addressed to John Doe in NY who has a long history of scam reviews on-line.
