I ordered with the usual caution I use when seeing items I like on Facebook. I perused the website directly not using links. Decided on what I wanted and ordered. I ordered for my niece as well. Communication was fantastic. Both items are incredible. My niece was surprised and loved it so much she made it a pull for the zipper on her jacket. Great company and people to work with!!!!!!!

I place an order and never got a receipt and when contacted Charmlry after ordering again and this time I got a receipt and so my order was place but after contacting charmlry I get a nasty response from Amanda stating they sent it to the email I gave them when pulling up my receipt for the first order I had the correct email and they sent it to the wrong email so I thought it never went into production and Amanda and team clearly sent it to the wrong email and said no refunds it was my mistake and I’ve sent her copies of the original receipt with the correct email

Really easy to create your order, send off and got back to me super speedy with a few options! Any edits I wanted were easy to make, then before I knew it the jewellery arrived! Bought for my wife as a Christmas present and she loves it, hasn't taken it off since. Whole process was easy, and fully transparent with updates along the way. Would recommend to anyone.
