Misrepresentation

I bought a jumper - the picture is a knitted cable jumper (George - warm and stylish jumper). Reduced from £129.99 to £34.99. After nearly three weeks a long sleeved tee-shirt arrives with a picture of a jumper on the front. Not one label inside the tee-shirt and rubbish quality as well. Wrote to send the item back (three times) and no response. Avoid purchasing anything. It's not what you see,

Avoid this company like the plague

My son sent me a link to a Rambo aviator jacket, described as quality fur-lined leather, reduced from £329 to £89. I believed he wanted it for Christmas so I ordered straight away without checking this company out. The jacket that arrived is basically plastic, not even worth £20. I have sent them three emails as their returns webpage advises, and (no surprise) haven't had any response. Expensive lesson learned :( If anyone knows of any action that I can take please advise!

Just nonsense

Just nonsense. It seems to be the new Chinees scam to pretend to be a family business based in the UK closing down for family reasons. I don’t know why Facebook and Instagram allow these people to advertise. I am sure people will get their goods but they will be cheap rubbish and the return will be to China customer pays postage.

I think I've been scammed as well!

I think I've been scammed as well!! I was brought to this site by face book. I also read about on the website that the company is closing as Alice and Tom are both ''Grandfathers'' It feels odd now. How can Alice become a grandfather, Alice is a women's name. I ordered 3 jumpers on my card. When i checked my bank account, payment has shown a payment to ''SP Chic Avenue +85231406632'' which is a Hong Kong number. I have frozen my card and will contact my bank.

95% sure this is a scam

I was brought to the site via an Instagram ad claiming that the owners "Alice and Tom" are shutting up shop because they're both now "grandfathers", so there's a clearance sale on. Smacks of Chat GPT writing this.

- The Wayback Machine only has the site existing from November 2024
- There's an image of a shop front in the Instagram ad (with no door lmao), which doesn't exist on Google maps
- There are multiple 'reviews' on the site that are mocked up to look like Trust pilot reviews, yet here I am, the only bugger writing a review

Avoid.
