PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! The online pictures are VERY MISLEADING!!!! I was very DISAPPOINTED when I FINALLY received my order in the mail. They look very CHEAP and the SIZING is HORRIBLE!!! MONEY WASTED!!!! They got over, but NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Difficult company. Should be banned. Trying to get in touch to exchange product—so far no luck
I received my order in two shipments. I have now been told that because items have to be returned within 15 days, the items in the first shipment no longer qualify for return. I only placed one order, it is ridiculous to think I would send in multiple returns. Also, these items are cheap quality. Don't waste your money.
Charmshines is horrible. Do not order from them. To return item you must pay shipping back to China. Cost more than item. Extremely hard to reach. Took 5 attempts. Email kept coming back as not able to reach. When they finally reached me they said I would have to send back to China and pay cost. Buyer beware. Took over a month to receive item also. Not quality I expected and sizing is horrible!
I ordered sandals on 24 March and they never shipped until 19April. I still have no sandals and they sent me tracking which does not work. I keep asking for refund without success They should be ashamed of themselves for advertising and yet I wait all this time. It is too late I ordered from facebook for an occasion it has now past I have had to but alternative pair I will never use them again. They are allowed to advertise but do not fulfil their service on a timescale. DISGUSTING......
