Excellent service from start to finish. I was skeptical at first as I had received a letter from this company and wasn’t planning on contacting them, but then I had read the reviews and saw they were all very positive. I also had a quote from another company and they estimated less than half that’s of Carlos’ team.
I ended up receiving more than double what I had expected from HMRC so I am more than happy.
Would definitely recommend!

Never heard before of this SDLT claim that can be made. Received a letter through the post explaining, which I followed up and after very little effort on my part, I received a good chunk of money paid into my account. The whole process took just under 4 months. Would recommend. Literally why wouldn't you let the company make this claim on your behalf? Even with the fee they took, something is definitely better than nothing!

I really wasn't sure that it was legit, as it seemed a bit too good to be true and I didn't understand why I hadn't heard of it before.

It was all seamless. We had a video call where I displayed the house and explained what had been left behind by the prior owners, then after signing a couple of forms, these guys took over and did the rest

We ended up with about £1.5K, which was returned to us yesterday.

Anything that looks too good to be true invariably is. Hence my suspicion to be told by Stamp Duty Advisory Services they could reclaim hundreds of pounds from HMRC without any outlay by me. But it was true. And it was very good: I recouped nearly £1400 even after the agency had taken their cut. Highly recomended. But don't hang about. Claims must be made within a year of a house purchase.
