As a broker we referred a client to…

As a broker we referred a client to Charter HCP 3 years ago. They were charged GBP3995 upfront fee and then GBP25000 for the receipt of an offer which was just an offer from them and not a lender offer. They basically charge upfront fees and produce no formal lender offer or they produce an offer on their letterhead paper which will be 20% or 30% below what the client needs and again no legal lender offer just their paperwork. Stay away from these charlatans if you want to save yourself some money. Seems they stay in business by scamming clients out of money and have been doing this for years now and getting away with it. I would advise to not work with anmyt lenders that charge large upfront fees and deliver nothing. Charter HCP have a reputation in London for taking clients money and messing around for months and deleivering no funding after claiming they work with private funders and family offices.

We went over our documentation and found Terry Pritchard was the employee one promising funding via family offices and private lenders.

We have attached a copy of the client documentation on Google reciews for anyone wishing to take a look at their agreement which has so many caveats that no client should sign anything with them.
