Dan and Randy, watching what you do is like watching a master chess player, predicting outcomes many steps and even days to months in advance. These concepts which lead to the prediction of price action are new to me . I have always been a buy and hold. The knowledge Randy has tried to explain to this novice, makes the chartpattern newsletter understandable. I had no idea why your
tba`s were placed where they were. Now it is easier to figure out what you are seeing. I have had to not only learn the process but also the computer set ups in tradestation and tc2000. That in itself is overwhelming to someone who has not done this before.
This process, I must admit, has been very hard to try to understand, being such a new investor to charts. I have made money on trades and have to admit, lost also. when I don't follow the process. I hope to keep learning the process and profit from the it in the future. This is pretty fun to have more knowledge about the market and to see what makes price move. I think it is a game changer to someone like myself.

Both Dan and Randy are fantastic. Not your typical twitter stock pumpers. Rather, they teach a very disciplined method that provides everyone willing to put the study time in the ability to grow their account balance over time. I have taken both Dan's live course and Randy's online course and both have been extremely valuable for me personally. As Randy has said many times, the psych issues are the hardest thing to master, but the chart reading and stock picking is something that absolutely can be mastered using their techniques. Thank you guys!

I'd like to see data generated on trades

Every trade should be entered into a system with a Risk value (like a stop) and the trade should be tracked from buy point to exit using real trading data that can't be fudged. Someone should manage an account really of any size ( I realize there is some discretion involved) and trades should be tweeted out when complete. Trade size should be based on the Kelly formula taking into account risk.

We need to add some science to the art of chart reading to see really how effective it is.

Only criticism is that I wish they would catch more stocks at the beginning rather than at the mid-end of their moves.

It is commendable when Randy and stalwarts like Dan Zanger are honest about their mistakes in the past .... not to mention hands on market reads and direction on a daily basis in the trading room.

I have been a jubilant subscriber of Chartpattern since 1999. Chartpattern is an outstanding service in addition to its phenomenal trading chat room which is composed of mostly wonderful experienced traders that post their fantastic trades in real time. Dan Zanger founded this great company and comes into the chat room regularly to post new trades and to answer all the questions that his members have. Dan wants every subscriber to be successful and he does everything humanly possible to achieve this result for his subscribers.

Dano rocks - he shows you what's really needed to trade mo mo stocks. I recommend his work to all traders I know.

biggest setback: sometimes lack of consistency---stock hits buy point---then drops out from the list for no reason---that often refers to losing ideas
what would help more: giving more precise entry, stop loss and target levels

Dan Zanger is a brilliant trader and his stock picks are top notch. I have noticed that he comes into his chat room a lot less than he used to several years ago, which is a shame.

His comments during the day in the chat room for members are extremely helpful and his stock picks (primarily his newsletters) are superb.

Suggestion: I wish the chat room had the ability for members to communicate with each other on a member-member basis.

Ive been a member for 10 years and if one just sits back and listens to the chatter in the chat room and Dan's newsletters and comments during the day its hard not to make money. The biggest mistake is thinking you have to be invested all the time. Again, if you listen to Dan's comments, move when he moves you'll be happy to be a part of ChartPattern.com.
