Complete rubbish

ordered a 'nice ass' (donkey) picture in frame.
It took 5 weeks to arrive, the picture 'canvas' was packed separately and rolled up and squashed in transit so had creases.
The picture didn't fit the very low cost frame provided.
The frame has a plastic glass which has some film on it which can't be removed.
Tried to email them to complain at support address but got a mail bounce.

Charymouth apron

Order the apron - never received. Thought I was ordering from an English company but then found out item was supposedly dispatched from Utah. Cannot get hold of them on-line. Frustrated and now out of pocket.

Would give it zero stars. Ordered framed picture, took ages to arrive. It was damaged, terrible quality and poor packaging. Tried to email but surprise surprise they have set it to reject emails.

Rubbish clothing

Well they do say it will be a “memorable experience”! What a piece of shit they sent! Even worse they overcharged me, so I wrote asking them to cancel my order. They took no responsibility, no apology and didn’t cancel my order, but instead sent me apiece of shit! Do not touch this company!
Oh and the piece of shit the sent came from States! Even more reason to not touch this company!

Poor quality and no refunds available

Ordered 2 cotton sling back type kitchen aprons. They were shipped from the US and took almost 4 weeks to get here (UK) 1 was OK the other had ties stitched wrongly with lose threads etc. unusable. On contacting their ‘customer service’ I was offered £3 and then £5 compensation despite asking to return for a refund. The apron cost £12.99. Don’t bother using this company. Shoddy goods and useless customer service. No chance of getting your money back

Incorrect and poor quality item sent. Beware

I purchased a crossback apron from the Charymouth.co.uk website on the basis that it was being sold from a UK seller. The item then shipped from the US and took 3 weeks to arrive. Upon receiving it, the item was a poor quality version of what they advertised and their claim was that they have numerous suppliers and were sorry that it didn't meet my expectations. In order to get a refund I would have to ship the item (tacked) to China at my expense, which in this case would cost more than the item was originally purchased for.
This was escalated to PayPal to have said they are just a payment platform and can only go by the sellers policy.
In short, do not buy from this site. They are not clear on where the item is being sent from and actively make it difficult to send back items for a refund. On top of this, the items appear to be cheap knock offs of what they show on the site.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!

ZERO STARS. I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this absolute scam of a company. I ordered two aprons for Christmas presents, however they took a month to arrive and totally missed Christmas. Once they finally arrived I realised that they would have been totally unsuitable for gifts as they are utterly shocking quality, and not what I ordered. Customer service are refusing to help, despite me sending lots of photos clearly showing the poor quality. I thought this was a local business, but I believe my package came from China. Absolutely shocking products and service, avoid at all costs.

Order hasn’t arrived. Probable scam

Ordered and weeks later hadn’t arrived. Also advertised free postage then charged me a postage fee! As soon as I raised a PayPal dispute they provided tracking number - parcel hasn’t actually been dispatched as yet and that was 2 weeks ago. No reply to any of the 3 customer service emails. Tracking number comes up as unknown. Looks like company based in china despite co.uk website. Still awaiting a PayPal refund - presume I’ve been scammed. Buyer beware
Update: items did arrive, poor quality and not what was advertised - a completely different style. No reply to emails but have offered refund if I pay for re ship back to china at my own cost! Definitely avoid this company.

SCAM charymouth.CO.UK isn't in UK

SCAM charymouth.CO.UK isn't in the UK

Selling gift items for Christmas with no intention of actually getting it to you for Christmas. Never really displaying where they are based, they use words like English and GBP around the site to give you the false impression they are based in the UK.

I bought an apron as a Christmas present well in advance. It's Christmas Eve today and checking the tracking, says it's arrived at customs in USA.

It comes to something when as part of your due diligence regarding checking out whether the company is reliable or not you have to do a WHOIS search on the domain to give you any indication of where they are based, in this case Arizona.

While I assume I will eventually get the product(?), I'm calling it out as a scam because of the underhand tactics used to lie about it's location.
