I went in for guitar equipment and Amrik was a really nice guy and very helpful in finding the stuff I needed. Can't recommend this place enough!

I have loved chase guitar for many years but Amrik elevated my opinion of the music shop to an even higher plane, he fixed my guitar in quite a magical manner and was absolutely lovely in process :) Chase is simply the best

I popped into chase direct earlier this afternoon, expecting to buy myself a ukulele and be on my way. I did indeed buy one, as well as a case and a tuner. However, I also had such a genuine and wholesome experience, thanks to the very lovely owner of the shop Amrik. He was warm, kind and very helpful, such a beautiful interaction. Great authentic shop. Felt like home. My two daughters were playing guitar and we found small picks my daughter wanted for her guitar. Couple of teens were playing guitar and singing at the back ..... very refreshing to hear pure original sound. Def place to visit whiles in Manchester

A gem of a shop. Amrik is so welcoming and helpful, I could have spent hours there. I will visit when I'm in Manchester again.

Quality, knowledgeable service. We had a lovely chat with the gentleman, he let me have a go on an electric violin, going out of his way to get me the bow and plug it in, and encouraging us to play any instrument we were interested in. Was the highlight of our day spending time in the shop as was such a lovely atmosphere, would highly recommend if just for a chat and a go on a musical instrument.

Excellent customer service. Went to the shop in person. Beautiful collection of electric, bass and acoustic guitars. Everything a musician needs is in this shop. The shop is lovely and Amrik is even lovelier. Would 100% recommend calling in.

Amrik was so lovely and very accommodating by letting me try one of the guitars (which sounded beautiful). I put my phone on the side while I was playing and forgot to pick it up! But when I came back into the shop to get it he had put it away somewhere safe for me :)

Bought a left handed nylon stringed guitar today off Amrik , great service and a really nice guy. Will definitely be going back there for any other musical equipment I’ll need.

I am have recently started to learn to play guitar and, living in manchester city centre, i was directed to Chase Direct for all things guitar related. I took my guitar in for a restring and to purchase a carry case for it. I met the owner Amrik and he was so friendly, genuine and professional. This will be my go to place for all things music and i thoroughly recommend this local business to all. Thank you Amrik and I'll see you again soon.

After phoning went it to look at a Kawai CN 39 piano on the 1st March. Amrik was extremely helpful and I ended up buying it. he delivered it himself to Marple for me on the Monday. Price all in for piano and delivery was very good. Just unpacked and fixed up today at the theatre for our dress rehearsal. All great. I would recommend this shop. Also check out the CN39 great instrument for the money

Got an incredible Tanglewood semi-hollow here yesterday, very very decent attempt at a classic Gibson ES guitar. Great staff, had some lovely chats about music - this is THE guitar shop of the northern quarter. Thank you.

This is a great local music shop in the heart of town! They've always had what I've needed and been very helpful and understanding with their advice. Some music shops don't feel musical to me but this one certainly does! Definitely recommend.

Was looking for guitar strings and they helped me to get a selection to decide upon. Absolutely fantastic service and an absolute top bloke!
