Chasepmc provides me the best home survey I ever have. The surveyor finished all his work on time with the schedule we agreed. He tried his best to finish his work even in bad weather and snowy day. He will explain the details in our report especially all the technical terms which can’t be easily understood by we normal people.

Ka is a trustworthy, reliable and efficient surveyor. He gave a detailed snagging inspection to my house and issued a professional report with lot of pictures included within 2 working days. Their services are impressive and highly recommended to others.

I have recently appointed Chasepmc to conduct an inspection on a new built apartment I am looking to purchase.
Chasepmc and Mr. Ng were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The snagging was done thoroughly and Mr. Ng is very willing to share his knowledge and experience, not only during the inspection but also in the whole purchase process, which is extremely useful to a first time buyer like myself.
