Be careful before subscribing.

Be careful before subscribing.
The service presentation made me believe this was connected to the official Claude AI service by Anthropic. I cancelled immediately after realizing the mistake and contacted support for a refund, but received no reply.

Very disappointing experience.

I fell victim to Chatly AI

I fell victim to Chatly AI's highly misleading advertising. I searched Google for "Claude" intending to subscribe to the official Anthropic Claude AI platform. Instead, Chatly placed a sponsored ad right at the top of the search page using the "Claude" name and deceptive wording to trap unsuspecting users.Deceptive Marketing & Absolute IncompetenceChatly's entire marketing strategy relies on masquerading as other legitimate AI tools. Once you are lured into their workspace, the product is completely incompetent and not worth the expensive price. The UI is frustrating, and the output quality does not compare to the actual industry-leading models it claims to offer. It is a massive waste of money for anyone who actually enjoys and frequently uses AI.Planned "No-Refund" TrapTo make matters worse, their refund policy feels deliberately engineered to steal your money. According to their stated Chatly Refund Policy, they strictly enforce a "No Refunds" rule for accidental or mistaken transactions. I contacted customer support immediately after realizing the mistake, but my request was instantly denied. It feels entirely planned: they trick you with the search ad, immediately lock in your credit card, and then use their rigid fine print to refuse a refund.Verdict: Avoid Chatly AI at all costs. Do not click on their sponsored Google results. Go directly to the official Claude AI website to avoid being scammed.

SCAM

They deceived me into paying by making me think I was subscribing to Claude AI. The page looked official except for a small, easy-to-miss “Chatly” label, which I unfortunately didn’t notice until it was too late. When I realized what had happened, they outright refused to issue a refund.
Avoid this shameless company. In my experience, they mislead people and then refuse to make it right.

Highly misleading

Highly misleading. Shows up as Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini in search, but it’s Chatly. Easy to subscribe by mistake, refunds are denied, and not even the latest models.

Misleading “all-in-one AI” subscription and difficult refund

I subscribed to Chatly believing it provided official access to multiple AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude). In reality, it appears to be a third-party wrapper, not the official services.

After subscribing, I found the experience didn’t match what was implied. I used only a few messages and immediately requested a refund within the stated limits. I contacted support with my details and screenshots.

As of now, I’m still waiting for a clear resolution. Be aware that:

This is not the official platform for the AIs it mentions
The service may not match expectations
You should read the refund policy carefully before paying

I’ll update this review once my refund request is resolved.

Fraudulent App Disguised as Claude AI — Refused Refund. AVOID.

I was deceived into paying for what I believed was Claude AI. The interface looked entirely official, except for a small, barely visible 'Chatly' label that I initially overlooked — by the time I noticed, it was too late. To make matters worse, they outright refused to issue a refund. Avoid this company at all costs. They are deliberately misleading customers and should not be trusted.

DO NOT ever buy anything from them

DO NOT ever buy anything from them. They are SPAMMERS. I requested a full refund for my 1 year subscription while I am fully in line with the usage limit and the justification according to their own policies that they agreed to comply with according to the EU laws. Yet they decided not to refund me because I exceeded the limit of the use which is completely not true. I am reporting them to the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket) to get my money back.

Scammers

Scammers - I wanted to by a subscription to Claude and I was in a hurry. I searched Google - they were the first result, which said "Use Claude today". On the website the logo looked similar. I made the purchase and then immediately realized the mistake. I then cancelled my account, and contacted me for a refund. They replied a couple of days later that there are no refunds... Im getting the money back from the CC by opening a dispute. I then realized this is exactly how they work.

Yeah wish I saw these trust pilot…

Yeah wish I saw these trust pilot reviews before jumping on. I also was confused as I thought it was Claude Ai I was on. They were clever with the Google Ad spend and SEO - along with branding - I also tried to cancel 1 hour after realising what happened. No refund.

Misleading marketing

My boss accidentally subscribed us for a full year—she was searching for Claude, but Chatly’s aggressive marketing put their site at the top, and it wasn’t immediately obvious. We tried to cancel and request a refund right away, but all we received was a generic, automated response that we can't get a refund (Regarding your request, please note that as per our refund policy, dissatisfaction with text output, style, creative output, aesthetic choices, or subjective preferences once Services have been delivered is not eligible for a refund.) - I am not sure how is this allowed nowadays!! I may report them to the Trading Standards
Be extra careful if you’re considering them, as they don’t appear to offer any flexibility for changing your mind.

This is total scam

This is total scam! Their website and branding deliberately mimic the appearance of Claude, the official AI assistant developed by Anthropic. As a direct result of this misleading presentation, I purchased a subscription believing I was accessing an official Anthropic product. Be careful! I will try to get a refund but I don't know how long it will take or if it’s possible. They are total scam and a bad bad company.

I wish there were a ZERO star rating

I wish there were a ZERO star rating. An absolute crook, misdirecting enquiries for real AI app like Claude or ChatGPT to its own site and enticing to buy a subscription, and then refusing a refund when the deceit is uncovered. Stay away!!!
