I ordered a SIM card for testing purposes, for our overseas staff, to be delivered to Indonesia, using express shipping (+5€). On the day of the order, Dec 10, 2020, I received an email informing me that express shipping couldn't be used as the delivery address was "remote". I immediately replied asking them how much extra it would be to have it delivered by courier. 10 days later (!) and after much back and forth with a bunch of clueless people, i.e., Dec 24, I finally received a reply telling me that I had to decide what to do, either provide another address "less remote", or use standard shipping. I replied the same thing as I did on Dec 10, and still no reply. Very unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.
I bought the £15 plan Chatsim blocked my sim because I’ve reached 100mb. I depended on them throughout my journey I even requested them that I only have under a week left before I go back to my home sim but they refused and said I have to buy a new plan. I don’t recommend this sim to anyone.

- Works only half the times
- The multi-media package was enough only to do 2 1 minute calls
- After 5 months I got an email that I used all my yearly message volume and thus it will not work any more [1. I thought it is unlimited, and 2. I was even only using just a few times/month for about 10/15 text messages]
- Customer service is terrible
