Love being able to walk in and make an appointment and I usually don’t have to wait for weeks to get in! I love my stylist she knows me and never disappoints! I could not give this 5 stars due to the person who was at the front the other day. She seemed to be either having an off day or had no idea what she was doing - looked like a deer in headlights and well if I had not been a regular I can say I would have left and given up, this was just trying to get an appointment, Either more training is needed with this person or she’s just not the right fit with the company.
