They work as a team and ask for advice along the way. I ended up with a partial foil that looks fantastic and couldn't be happier with the style. The salon is kept clean and stocked with any product you'd need. I just appreciated the talk was kept to a minimum and the work didn't stop - as sometimes can happen. Great atmosphere amongst colleagues.

Service was on time friendly person but would be careful cutting new clients and length indicated don’t cut side hairs and they were cut for blending purposes… not much but cut

The overall experience was poor although the haircut itself was fine.

I had a pre-booked scheduled appointment with a specific stylist for a medium haircut. My appointment was for 1:30 and I arrived about 5 minutes early. I was not called to the stylist’s chair until 2:05 (unacceptable). The whole point of pre-booking rather than just walking in is to get in at the scheduled time (or within a few minutes). No explanation was given for the delay.

The stylist cut my hair dry (which is fine, some stylists prefer that method). However, she then proceeded to style my hair without even offering to wash my hair (unacceptable). The haircut I booked normally includes a wash, cut and style. Other stylists either wash at the beginning before cutting, or wash after the dry-cut before styling. Not even offering a wash is not appropriate.

Shania does a great job! She takes her time and gives a very good haircut.

Over 45 minute wait past appointment time

The stylist, Ella, was so friendly, I showed her a couple photos and she made suggestions based on my hair. I have my university graduation next week and I asked her to show me something that is easy and cute to do with my hair as I have to be there by 8am. She explained a couple of curling techniques and step by step showed me how to do a cute half up style I could do by myself in under 10 minutes! Thank you so much Ella!

I had moved to Regina last year, and hadn't had my hair cut since my move. I told the stylist at Chatters that I'm on the autism spectrum, and part of why I have been putting off getting a haircut was due to my sensory issues. My stylist took this in stride and was very patient with me, helped me understand what she recommended and why, and checked in frequently to make sure I was doing ok. The whole process was very low-key and friendly, and has gone a long way towards alleviating my haircut anxiety. Many thanks!

I walked in and asked if there was an experienced stylist available. I was severed immediately by Ella. Thank you Ella for my new do!! I will be back. Love my new cut and style.
