Book with Toya at Chatters Heartland, you won’t regret it!
I have the best stylist around, Toya at Chatters Heartland. She knows exactly what I need and gets it done. She will give you her opinion as to what she feels would look good but lets you choose what you’re comfortable with. She recently did my first colour and first real haircut since having had chemo in 2019. I was definitely nervous and she knew that. She gave me a good trim back in March as I was still not ready to take the big step and really get a good cut.She was so patient…it was just what I needed. This is why I came back and well, go big or go home as they say. I was so pleased with the results and the compliments haven’t stopped. I walk by a mirror and say “who’s that girl?” The colour (a violet red) brings me such joy and the shorter length/style makes me smile. She’s definitely the type of stylist that you follow life long.

Happy with my haircut

Paid full price for great service on Saturday but, on Monday it was 50% off. ....
Maria is an absolute delight. I am happy to find a hairstyle like her. I have no issues with service I rec'd a full haircut and colour.
HOWEVER, the piss off is the promotional email sent on Monday 50% colour with a full price haircut. I just paid full price 2 days ago. I called in Monday to see if something can be done (example: honour this promo the next time I am in for my colour refresh and haircut). The person said they will contact their DM and get back to me. So far, no respond. So this has tainted my wonderful experience.
