Trying out new stylist!
I arrived early but they were able to take me anyway. This was my first appointment with this new stylist as my usual stylist is on a medical leave.
I was nervous but she listened to me and she executed what I wanted well.

Just got my hair colored by Sachin and I couldn’t be happier with the result! He really took the time to understand the look I wanted and gave expert suggestions that suited my style and skin tone perfectly. The color came out so rich, vibrant, and natural exactly what I hoped for (maybe even better!).
The blending is seamless, and the shine is unreal. Plus, he was so professional and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Sachin if you are looking for a perfect hair transformation. 💇♀️🎨

Stephanie & Reception are 5 star, Charters Senior Management 1 star
Stephanie is great. 5 star service as are the receptionists. But senior management need to get their act together.
1. Over the past year you have managed to royally screw up the booking system. Way more clicks to do the same thing as before. I used to be able to just Book Online direct from Google, now I have to go to the Website and you continue adding additional layers of clicks. Knock it off.
2. I come in usually 1 per month and every damn time you bother me to do a review. I did 2 before, I'm not doing one every month. You should be able to fix this so I'm not getting bothered everytime.
I have been a Chatters customer for at least 15yrs in 3 provinces, but I'm seriously considering moving on. If not for Stephanie, and the rapport we have built over the past 5yrs I'd go elsewhere.
