My daughter was booked at 7pm last minute, she took her in even if we were 15 minutes late. And my daughter was so happy she had cut ✂️ 6-7 inches out and my daughter has big curly hair. When she came out was beautiful 😍 so much volume and she diffused my daughter's hair. She also recommended great hair products I bought the Moroccan hair oil at 20 % off and another hair care product to manage curly type hair

My experience started off horribly at one branch where the front staff were incredibly rude. They canceled my appointment after making me wait, claiming I was late when it was just 5-10 minutes. They didn’t even ask for a reason, just argued with me, completely ruining my birthday. I was so upset after waiting over a week for that appointment.
However, I called a different branch, and they completely turned things around. The staff were so sweet and understanding. Julianna, an absolute sweetheart, not only booked me the earliest available appointment but also did an amazing job! She even gave me a free glossy treatment to make up for the bad experience at the other store. I’m so thankful for their kindness and professionalism—it saved my day. Julianna truly deserves all the praise!

Soft highlights to complement my natural colour
Savanna my stylist was in time she has great time management. She looked at what my hair needed done and I loved her suggestions we went with partial highlights that would compliment my natural colour and my few greys as i am trying to naturally age, the outcome was fantastic. She also gave me a beautiful hair cut with long layers and curtains bangs.

Previous hairstylist was pro and put so much effort on styling my curls with hands comparing to today’s diffuser styling which i usually do at home.
I was satisfied with both and they care a lot.
I am trying to say i was more happy with my previous style that lasted for a few days comparing to my current style that already looks messy. i planned this hair cut before a concert and a party i’m having tomorrow which i might need to wash it and redo it.
