Ro has been so incredible. We had a miscommunication about the colour I wanted and it came out different from what I thought was on my file. she fixed it right on the spot, no issues.

Excellent stylist and service
The reception staff are friendly and helpful and try their best to accommodate your schedule. My stylist Diana is friendly, warm and is a good listener when you describe what you would like. She has really good cutting and styling skills. I am very happy with the way my hair looks and get lots of compliments.

Amazing Experience
Peyton was amazing, she did a thorough consultation to make sure she knew exactly what I was looking for. She cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted and was a lovely person to talk to. Will definitely be booking with her again!

Friendly staff
My "own" stylist, Elizabeth, is off sick, but Jennifer did a great job. The receptionist was very friendly, and while I was there gave me a message from Elizabeth. Very friendly atmosphere.
