Communication breakdown or Unskilled stylist?
Asked the stylist for a specific cut, a little different from what I usually do with my hair. The stylist glanced at the photo of what I wanted for a second and acted like he knew exactly what he was doing. The cut I received was not at all what I wanted and when I tried to make it obvious that I wasn't happy he just smiled and told me that it looked good. The stylist also trimmed my moustache without me asking which I am not happy about. Every single time he asked what I wanted I would try and explain it and he did not listen to requests. I am not sure where the communication breakdown was but I will not be returning to this location. I thought maybe I would be happier with the cut this morning but all I want to do is shave my head bald at this point because I dislike the cut so much.

I asked about her experience, and she had been there for six years. She seemed to be having a bit of a time with my hair and what I needed done, I did show her a picture. However, I had a 'clean up" so not alot of hair was trimmed.

Booked my appointment 3 weeks before…
Booked my appointment 3 weeks before coming to PG for a wedding. When I got there they said the girl that was to do my hair quit ! I waiting 50 min for another stylist being quite annoyed She did ok and was pleasant to talk to. But she didn’t really do what I asked and she gave me a discount for waiting I guess which was nice but 3 hours into the wedding the pins were falling out. It was not a get experience and can say I would never go back.
