Professional Care and Friendly Service
When I tried to book my appointment online, the site did not work. So I finally had to call. I hope it gets fixed soon. The appointment site as been down for at least a couple of months.
Otherwise my service was done efficiently and professionally. The service providers were friendly and attentive.

Lisa did an AMAZING job on my cut. I asked for a very different style and length than what I had walked in with. Lisa asked if I was sure that I wanted a cut that short. I said yes. Lisa now has a regular client!

One stylist doesn't listen to customer preference. Other stylist good.
Liked the location and ambience.
DISLIKED the fact that the stylist said she wasn't able to cut my hair the way I asked - even though EVERY other stylist cuts it that way. Had to go home and finish the job myself, ugh. I won't book her again.
