Andy makes my visit always amazing!
He is truly professional at what he does!!

Denisa was an absolute darling, listened really actively to what I had in mind. She guided me to make a decision point and I left the rest in her care which turned out to be exactly what was well suited for me. Overall I was treated kindly and professionally especially with regards to my privacy preferences:)

I had a great experience with Denisia very respectful and professional she did exactly what I needed ( I do wear hijab and she went out of her way to provide me privacy) however the girl at the front desk ( not sure what her name was ( african girl) she was so sarcastic about my request which I found it very unprofessional and disrespectful

I really enjoyed the atmosphere however my hair turned out half how my reference photo looked... My platinum blonde still has streaks of yellow in it which is unfortunate. I was just getting my money piece that was bleached and another section of hair in the back that had previously been bleached touched up and toned to be more platinum coloured and less blonde. The lady was really sweet and bleached it twice to try to get the roots to not be as yellow but there is still yellow in the platinum. I will say she is an apprentice and this is a learning curve.

Today I came in and showed Andy what i want to have. And he nailed it. I love him so much. He is my go to whenever I want a layered a balayage. You can never fo wrong with Andy.

It was our first time at this salon, and I booked a haircut for my teenage daughter with Mhia. The online booking process was very easy and I liked that we are able to choose the stylist we want with the price published.
Mhia was very accommodating and asked a couple of questions to ensure she understood the haircut my daughter wanted. She took her time and the cut was done with care. My daughter loved her haircut! Mhia is great!

I also appreciated that I was given water while waiting for my daughter.

We will definitely be back!

The hairstylist was nice and kind, but due to a lack of time, I didn't receive full attention. It felt rushed, as if they just wanted to get rid of me. The receptionist who booked my appointment didn't check with the stylist beforehand, so I ended up being a last-minute client.
The price I paid included a haircut, hair wash, and styling. I was given a rushed hair wash, the haircut was decent, but there was no styling because the stylist had to leave. I was handed over to another person who was supposed to style my hair, but she seemed uninterested. She briefly used a straightener on my bangs but didn’t actually style my hair.

I was really disappointed. When I got home and styled it myself, I realized that the haircut wasn’t even on some parts . Overall, I’m very disappointed with the experience.
