Laura was phenomenal
Laura was phenomenal. I have thick thick curly hair and she did her best to cut it and style it. I love how my hair turned out, honestly one of the best haircuts I have ever received. She's so sweet and has an amazing personality, so I felt welcome right at the beginning.

The hairstylist was wonderful and I would like to give her a five star review. The only reason I am not giving my entire experience of five star is because I booked the appointment at 10 AM and the week before the appointment I was informed that the hairstylist starts at 1 PM and I had to change the appointment time. This was very inconvenient, as I booked it several months prior and I was told there was a problem with the booking system.

This was my first experience at this salon. My stylist was friendly, polite and helpful. I had some ideas for a new cut /colour. My stylist was able to provide guidance and helped me pick something that worked for me. It turned out fantastic.

Everyone was really friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed and I really enjoyed my hairstylist, Laura, and the thoughts that she had about how to best cut and style my particular type of hair. I am very pleased with my cut.
