I was 15 minutes late to be taken back…
I was 15 minutes late to be taken back due to the client before me going over their allotted time. Then my service seemed rushed through. Total time for my wash and cut/style was less than 20 minutes and cost over $60. Absolutely no value for the cost. The stylist also didn't seem confident in cutting or styling my curly hair. The product the applied to style left my hair crunch and sticky, and the diffusion Made my hair look messy. I can do a better job of styling it myself at home. Super disappointed as I've had super experiences at other location.

Honestly I don’t think anyone needs to feel the constant digging into the scalp as you are buzzing my head
was not over grown
I just asked for a #2 buzz for my self and I also had my 4 years old #2 buzz
Guess what again not overgrown
I was CHARGED $25 for his
I won’t even begin to explain/ describe
However I do know I will never be BACK
even my girls bangs are a hot mess
