The hairdresser Jermaine is so accommodating and so professional.

100% recommend this location to everyone. My stylist was amazing as always and the rest of the staff was wonderful. It was incredibly busy while I was there, lots of Back-to-School hair cuts :o). It was nice to see all the kids leaving with BIG smiles as they were so happy with their new hair.

The only negative about the atmosphere was the temperature. The staff had to run 4 fans just to try to keep the area comfortable for us and themselves. Hard to keep it cool enough with so many bodies coming and going . Can't imagine having to work in that heat all the time. HUGE thank you to the staff for trying their best to get everyone through that part of it.

Cut and color was absolutely Excellent!! Jillian is the best hairdresser!! She is very professional and takes her time to make sure the color is perfect. She also took the time to recommend good hair product for my hair type and she did an excellent cut. Jillian makes the most beautiful curls to finish it off. Highly recommend Jillian!!

Nathan does a wonderful job everytime we book. The staff is also so friendly and helpful with any questions or needs we have. Highly recommend.

The undercut clean up is what I booked. I asked it to be trimmed she wouldn’t trim it only buzz it. Bit what I wanted. The buzz that she did so was uneven. Longer pieces on nice side shorter on the other. Over priced at $22 for 5 min in the chair and wouldn’t do what I asked for
I let her know I gave 2 family functions to attend this week. Now I can’t put my hair up as I planned

My appt was on time, my hairdresser was engaging send the price was good

My daughter was absolutely thrilled about her experience today. She’s been smiling since we left the salon.

went to the salon as a treat to myself. I told Jillian that I use a level 5 professional colour as a retouch on my roots. She had the colour swatches out and was totally ignoring me. I again said that I know my ends are darker but was planning on getting them lightened in a few weeks. So she went and mixed the colour and when she came back, I asked her what level she mixed up. She was honest and said a 3. I told her that I did not want my roots that dark, so she got another hairstylist and they both told me I need a 3. So I told them that I was actually a Journeyman hairstylist (and have been doing hair since 1988) and I did not care if my roots were a bit lighter. This time they remixed the colour. I said that even using half 4 and half 5 of a natural level would be fine. I was not trying to be complicated. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was talking about. So this pretty much made both stylists so mad that I wasn’t even talked to for the rest of my $140 time there! I was not checked on during the 45 minute process time at all (in which I could have been having an allergic reaction since I told her I use Gold-well Top Chic)and received the worst shampoo in my life. I actually had apprentices that worked under me at one time and Jillian’s lack of wanting to learn and ask questions was unbelievable! I don’t like to say that I am a hairstylist but unfortunately in this case, I felt so unheard and had to let her know that I was one. I have never experienced this before. There was no conversation whatsoever. The trim was okay but there was no consultation on that either. While she was cutting, I was telling her what I wanted. However, I do like my root's colour even if she doesn’t. The overall message here is to listen to your client, they just might know what they are talking about! Always make your client feel welcome and appreciated even when you think it’s hard!! $140 is a lot of money and I could have easily spent it somewhere else. One thing is for sure, it won’t be at this location of Chatters.
