Service was good but public misinformed on rates.
Service was very good. What I don’t like is that Chatter’s keep changing the costs. $42,00 today $56.00 next month! Please explain why the difference. This is “not” the stylist decision but Chatter’s & I am not pleased. Plus, I never get a wash as I wash my hair before the appointment.

Richa really knows what she is doing. She's given me the perfect cut. I went in about 3 appointments ago wanting a whole new look. I thought I knew what I wanted but over the past few appointments I've let her guide me. I'm blown away as this cut looks great on me! Plus she did my brows and I actually said wow when I saw them while in the chair. This stylist really knows what she's doing. I refer everyone to her.

She was amazing, the cut was awesome and I liked that she checked in with me to make sure that I liked the length and if anything I wanted to change. Not saying that it doesn’t happen if it was someone else but I wasn’t really a chatty Kathy during my appointment so she took that opportunity to make sure I liked the results.

Incredible-
Carmen helped my teen daughter with her first curly hair cut. She was absolutely wonderful and explained what she was doing step by step so my daughter could do it independently at home. My teen left the salon with a new cut and an even bigger smile. Thank you, Carmen you absolutely made our day!!!

I gave myself a couple of days to see if my mentality adapted. It didn't...
Worst haircut I have had in decades, and my hair is neither plentiful nor complicated; slap an attachment on a clipper and have at it.
One side of my head is not like the other - for at least 3 more weeks.
