Unacceptable customer service and technical issues. I accidentally canceled my 3-month subscription on the exact same day I activated it. Even though I have paid in full and should have access for the entire period covered by my payment, the system constantly kicks me out and demands that I purchase a new subscription!It is impossible to log in, and the instructions sent by customer support via email are completely useless. To make matters worse, they refuse to issue a refund. I paid for 3 months, I cannot use the service for even a single day, and my money is gone.

You are absolutely right, and we sincerely apologize. A bug in our cancellation system cut your access immediately even
though you had paid for 3 full months, and our support failed to fix it properly. This was our fault entirely.
Both problems are now resolved: your subscription has been reactivated with full access until November 10, 2026 (the 3 months
you paid for), and we have fixed the underlying bug so that cancelling now only stops the renewal, never the access already
paid. You have received an email with your login details.
If anything still does not work, reply to our email and we will fix it immediately.
