You have been warned.

I arranged a transfer with Eric, the owner of the company, for a journey from the Voco Southampton hotel to London Stansted Airport on April 18, 2026, at 4:00 AM. However, neither he nor any driver on his behalf arrived at the agreed time and place.

I attempted to contact Eric repeatedly via WhatsApp, but received no response whatsoever. It has become clear that this individual is entirely unreliable, fails to honour his commitments, and conducts himself in a manner that is both unprofessional and deeply irresponsible.

Such conduct places passengers at serious risk of missing their flights, causing significant disruption, severe inconvenience, and potentially substantial financial loss — including the need to secure alternative flights at great expense, if available at all, particularly in these already challenging times.

I strongly caution others against relying on this service.

Outstanding service from begining to end. the car felt quite luxurious, and the driver was cordial but professional. I valued the overall comfort of the ride as well as the attention to detail. Definitely worthwhile.

Ben took us down, and Paul brought us back, both first class in courtesy, timeliness, communication and flexibility, including when we needed to stop for rations on the way home! Booked a Mercedes for our daughter’s prom night. The car was beautiful and decorated with bows and ribbon. Driver Chris was absolutely brilliant, very friendly and professional and made the whole experience so special.

The only down was the weather which Nick expertly drove through, I am so pleased.

We were looking for a wedding car and this company was recommended to us by a friend. We wanted a straightforward and reliable service with a nice car at a reasonable price. That’s exactly what we got, the service couldn’t have been better. From the initial enquiry with Claire and the team it was all good, booking was easy and on our wedding day it was all perfect, the car and professional driver came and did exactly what we wanted. It was an excellent experience that I would recommend.

what can I say? over the past year the service I have received has made business trips, holidays and family visits so much easier and enjoyable. Nothing is to much trouble, the drivers are excellent and my contacts Julia and Clare seem to be able to sort the most complex travel arrangements.

I have used Chauffer VIP numerous times, they are our go-to company for cars and drivers. I've used 100s drivers, and these are right up there with the best. Good vehicles, accommodating, well presented and thoughtful chauffers and always punctual. WIll continue to use and highly recommend.

I'd heard alot about Chauffeur VIP and needed something special for my daughters wedding and in particular, the bridesmaids. From our initial contact with Julia and Claire, the whole experience from start to finish was outstanding. The car arrived in plenty of time and Lance executed a superb drive and level of service second to none without a drop of fizz being spilt, yes, the vehicle came supplied with an ice bucket and fizz flutes. Highly recommend.....
