Chaunceys Timber Flooring Reviews

I have recently worked with Chauncey’s and more over Eve Underhill to fulfill a clients flooring project in a Barn Conversion.

My client had laid a bedroom floor a few years ago at a previous property and having seen the condition of it I was very impressed.

It seemed the obvious answer when we required a new flooring for the Barn Conversion.

The client chose the colour and width after a discussion and I took it on from there.

It’s been a very easy process and Eve has been incredibly helpful, enabling everything to process smoothly.

Eve’s knowledge and understanding of Chauncey’s has been informed and helpful for me to also recognise where else their products fit within design solutions going forward.

Fantastic Customer Service and a great product.

Many thanks

Quality product, great expertise, and excellent, thorough customer service throughout. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Went the extra mile to fulfill our order in time.

Great bespoke service and excellent show room. Installation was beautiful.

I haven't received the boards yet - but my customer experience so far has been excellent, with very supportive advice and patience. The samples looks beautiful.

We stumbled across Chauncey online with a photo that was advertising a home with their flooring which immediately struck us! On exploring further via the website and enquiry forms we were quickly met with all the information, wood options, and samples which were with us very quickly. Alice in particular on sales was excellent at guiding us through the whole process even through to talking through with our floor fitters ( they also offer their own if you’re stuck) The final finish is beyond beautiful we are delighted. We had an unopened adhesive tub which they were happy to return for a full refund. 5* service. Top quality wood. Thank you

I cant recommend this company enough ! Having used them on multiple projects now I couldn't be happier with both their service and their beautiful flooring. Thanks so much guys and look forward to working with you again very soon x

Great service from the outset, starting with key detail and communication from Oskar, it wasn’t the cheapest quote, but the confidence gained from the professional approach sealed the deal.

This was followed up Charlotte who organised all the logistics, making sure everything runs smoothly, this is something missing from many other companies, and with her friendly tone as the cherry on top.

Then Phil and Luke did the hard work, you can see they have a love for the job, it’s not just another floor.

This all adds up to a truly great experience!

Very helpful all the way through purchase plenty of knowlege of the product that they are selling.

Chaunceys have been amazing from the moment we visited their showroom, being looked after by Jodie within seconds of walking in, to the install over the last couple of days, by Scott, who did an incredible job.

The whole team have been very communicative throughout, (thank you especially Charlotte) and quick to respond to any calls or emails.

I’d highly recommend them.

Fantastic communication from them. Professional and polite customer service too. All round very happy customer here.

Exceptional service and products.
It was a pleasure and a refreshing change to deal with a company who went above and beyond on every level to give me a first class product , service and installation.

I found the staff very helpful and considerate.
they were also very knowledgeable on the products.

Exactly what we were looking for, the hall and kitchen look perfect

Absolutely thrilled with our new solid wood flooring from Chauncey Timber Flooring. The quality is outstanding, beautifully finished, durable, and has completely transformed our home.

From start to finish the team were professional, reliable, and a pleasure. Clear communication, expert craftsmanship, and everything delivered on time.

Highly recommend if you’re after top-quality flooring and excellent service.

Fantastic staff, fantastic product and overall exceeded all expectations. Thank you Chaunceys!

Super helpful staff who accommodated me from start to finish. Would highly recommend!!

I always recommend Chaunceys Timber flooring as I have yet to find a better supplier of wood flooring.
Its great that our clients can go to the showroom (which is very impressive) and see and feel the products and know that what they order will turn up on site.

Really impressed by the quality of the materials and knowledge of the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process! the turnaround was really quick and the floor looks fantastic, loved the customisation process and getting the exact finish i wanted at a great price. Thanks again!

We had a terrible installation and customer relationship experience with this company. They did damage our new built home during installation and left gaps between the floor and the skirting boards. Later on, they tried to rectify some of the damages but caused a lot of inconvenience for us. They do not have a process driven professional approach or warranty policy. We would definitely NOT recommend Chaunceys Timber Flooring.

P.S. They somehow got removed our Google review.
