Bad customer service

Ordered a lipstick, the website glitched. The wrong cover was selected. Immediately after I placed it I contacted customer service and they said once an order is placed they cannot revise it. So they recommended returning it or not accepting the parcel and reordering, Wouldn’t it have been easier to fix it before sending? Then I asked if they would honor the new customer discount when I place the new order and they said no. Terrible customer service. They’re not going to be getting my money now

Worst experience

Worst experience, i ordered a pair of sandals online to be shipped to the store for pick up, as per ups they couldnt find the store and they sent the shoes back the warehouse and i have called several times, i have sent severals emails and it has been one month and i have not received my refound

Horrible quality control

Went to the Boca Raton store and purchased a handbag for my girlfriend. The color she liked was not in stock, so the salesperson ordered the bag in the color she wanted to be shipped to the house. The wrong size bag was shipped - a mistake by that store. I returned that bag to the Coral Gables store and the salesperson there ordered the correct bag, again, to be shipped to my house. Bag arrived and when opening the box, it had none of the protective plastic and paper and the straps were just tossed in the handbag with no protection. Clearly a return from another customer that was re-shipped. This bag also had what appeared to be scratches on the back. Unacceptable quality control for a $2000.00+ handbag.

Wasted more time and returned via UPS and am awaiting a refund. I received an email from them indicating the return was in fact received, however, after 2 days, still no credit to my card.

The salesperson in Coral Gables wanted to order yet another bag which I refused and countered with the suggestion that she order the bag without charging me to be shipped to her store and upon inspection, I will purchase. She declined which was a clear indication that they don't even trust that the bag will be problem free. That action said it all about this brand. Never again.

I had the worse experience with them I…

I had the worse experience with them I ordered two items and I just got one and when I sent an email to them, they sent me "We kindly inform you that we will contact you as soon as possible".
Now it has been a month and I didn't get response.

I hope you tell me what should I do.
