Bad customer service
Ordered a lipstick, the website glitched. The wrong cover was selected. Immediately after I placed it I contacted customer service and they said once an order is placed they cannot revise it. So they recommended returning it or not accepting the parcel and reordering, Wouldn’t it have been easier to fix it before sending? Then I asked if they would honor the new customer discount when I place the new order and they said no. Terrible customer service. They’re not going to be getting my money now
