Chcc.tea has always been my personal source for quality tea. However, this time I believe the shipping company is at fault for a rather large tea cake that was damaged in shipping. So for the shipping company I give them 0 stars. And Chcc I give them 5 stars.

The interaction with host Rue was always pleasant and honest. I have enjoyed her opinons of teas greatly.

From Alyssa and Jenny to Rue and Charm, the tea ladies are ALWAYS happy, funny, loveable, knowledgeable, thorough, personable, warm and friendly! They make it seem as though you are sitting a zillion miles away in China testing teas out with them! They give great recommendations whenever I have asked, they always open and show me the quality of the tea, they then steep the tea and try it so they can explain the scent, color, flavor and brewing process and a little back info on the age of tea and where it came from. They have games (I so wish they had more different games to play as that attracts more people to the live) although Rue holds it down!! The whole time her co worker was on vacation I would pop in and she was doing a great job, Charm on hand for any assistance! Great team and charm needs to be on camera with Rue I think. Even for a few hours a day. She’s good energy and her and Rue bounce off one another. People join lives because they are engaging and fun. So whenever someone is on live and they are strictly business or they have a dry personality then it makes a person want to skip and find tea elsewhere. These ladies mentioned are great combinations and have gotten me to buy lots of tea!! And I must say the different flavors and teas I have purchased are QUALITY and FRESH. I urge you to purchase from them. Packaged very well for the overseas journey, and arrives as though it were just purchased fresh at a market in china! Good selection, good quality, great people!!!! 100 stars!!! 🌟🌟🌟
