Perfect
My wife, daughter and I visited the Covent Garden store on Wednesday 9th April - I had gone in the day before to try on shoes (Hurricane Boots). I cannot praise the service and the store highly enough. It’s easy to think in this day and age that quality and customer service have vanished, but this was outstanding. I am the proud owner of beautiful boots that I know will last, also I have the confidence that if I need anything for them in the future, the store will look after me. Fabulous. Particular praise for the chap in the apron and his colleague who were both kind, patient and knowledgeable. A positive experience- would completely recommend.

Well i must say I’m very disappointed…
Well i must say I’m very disappointed with my purchase of travel shoe care kit, it says in the information that the bag it comes in is leather? if that’s leather I’ll eat my shorts. The polish brushes, shoe horn and clothe probably adds up to about £30 so that leaves at least £50 to supply a leather bag( it’s not ) its a real shame because I recently had a great experience in the London store on Jermayne st where my girlfriend bought me a beautiful pair of boots for my 60th, the service was epic
So I thought I’d treat myself to this shoe care kit with birthday money from my elderly parents as something I can save

Outstanding Customer Service !
Heading back to London City Airport today and walked past the Cheaney store on Cheapside and dropped in to see what they had.
The lovely Salma (from Jermyn Street store) offered to clean nourish my brown Waxy Commander boots, and we got talking about how I wanted these boots in black if only they were available. She popped down to the store room only to return with a pair of Corinthian black Waxy Commander boots !!
She didn't have them in a 7 but knew her store in Jermyn Street did so had someone collect them and bring them to us in Cheapside. After a short wait I left very happy with my new boots and a great belt.
Salma is amazing and certainly a great Brand Ambassador for Cheaney's.

Joseph Cheaney: poor customer service
New policy from Cheaney: returns can only be made at the shop from which the item was purchased. An example of prioritising company systems over customer experience and convenience.
Cost of returned item which should have been credited to my account was actually debited from my account - doubling the cost having returned the item.
Assistant resolutely unapologetic with no acknowledgement of mistake.
Grossly incompetent and unprofessional.

Beautiful shoes
The shoes are true to size and fit me well. They are a versatile style which look good with trousers and dresses. The leather is beautiful, much nicer than the picture on screen when ordered online.

Cheaney Tweed Almond Grain Boots, Resole and Heels
I have just recieved my Cheaney Tweed Almond Grain boots back from the Cheaney factory after having them re soled and heeled and I must say what an absolutely stunning job has been done. They look as good as the day they were bought thanks to the skillful craftsmanship and dedication of the workers.
I was kept informed of the progress throughout the repair.
