Excellent experience
Excellent experience. Process of booking was very easy. There were lots of parking available at car drop-off and there was a shuttle ready to take us to the airport. When we got back from our trip, getting to our car was also a very easy process. We didn't have to wait long for a shuttle and we were happy to see our vehicle in the same condition as we left it. I will use service again.

Be warned. They can’t guarantee to honor the price when you check out. You may even end up paying more. If their service disappoints the customer, they have no ramifications.

Refund
I did receive a quick reply (shown below) from CheapAirportParking.org, but I never heard back from them after I gave them the airport and my confirmation number. They have my email and cell phone number so I know they can get a hold of me. Like I said before they have always done right by me, but this refund issue has been a big fiasco so far.

Has always worked well for me. Be careful with individual parking providers, because sometimes you pay in advance and sometimes you pay on the lot - I've had lots try to charge me even though I've left the lot on time and paid in advance.

It seems that the issue you are facing is regarding an additional charge of $58.30 for overstaying your "base stay" as you put it. Please note that the price of the reservation you made with us (Cheap Airport Parking) is based on the dates and times you entered when originally booking your parking. If Marriott LAX is charging you for an overstay, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our end. Either way, I recommend that you contact us through our contact page to give us a chance to inquire.

I was hesitant to reserve my parking spot at first due to mixed reviews but the service and kindness of the employees was much appreciated and much better than anticipated. It took approx 40 minutes from the time we arrived at the lot until we left for the airport. They also only service from terminal A a surprise/concern for us since we were leaving from terminal C.

reservation cancelled for no apparent reason…
I made a reservation and paid online. Went to LAX, parked, and then took my flight. Later that day I received an email saying my reservation had been cancelled. I emailed customer service and they told me to make a new reservation and they’d adjust it to the dates I’d originally booked. After doing so, I found out that I was being charged a day more than my original booking.
No explanation why my reservation had been cancelled… and I had to pay more for a mistake that their system made… I should’ve just booked it straight through QuikPark LAX themselves. Won’t be using cheap airport parking again.

Be transparent about the hours of…
Be transparent about the hours of operation, this are 24/7 business. I’m currently stranded at the airport with all the homeless because the office hours are from 4am-1:00am. Which makes no sense and is not communicated anywhere till you text them for pick up, I triple checked all my confirmations, receipts and even the recording message when you call the business doesn’t let you know they’re close between the hours of 1:00-4:00am. They also keep your car keys, so it’s not like you can pick up your car if your flight is delayed or you land between the hours of 1:am and 4:00am which is ridiculous! There’s so many ways they can improve, but for starters simple communication. This 100000% defeats the purpose of me leaving my car parked, so that I didn’t have to deal with the Uber/Lyft pick up at arrival and be able to go straight home in the comfort of my car. This is a horrible scenario for a single female to be experiencing at an airport.
