This company is an absolute joke—unprofessional, dishonest, and completely incompetent. If you’re looking for a cleaning service that damages your property, ignores your complaints, and refuses to take responsibility, this is the one for you.

Here’s what you can expect when you book with these frauds:
• PROPERTY DAMAGE & ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY
I trusted them to do their job, and they damaged my property in the process. I was told the manager would call me to discuss it—never happened. They flat-out ignored me, hoping I’d just drop the issue.
• DISMISSIVE & RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
When I called, the receptionist brushed off my concerns like they didn’t matter. The cleaning was subpar, my property was left damaged, and instead of apologizing or fixing their mess, they gaslighted me into thinking it wasn’t a big deal.
• RIDICULOUS REFUND/REDO POLICY = ANOTHER SCAM TACTIC
They only offer a “redo” or refund under one condition—that I drop all MY commitments and rearrange MY entire schedule to give them a second chance to fix the disaster they created. Instead of taking responsibility, they make it your problem. Why should I be forced to clear my day just to fix their incompetence? Your is to clean, do you job, but you are incompetent with that 🥴
• BAIT-AND-SWITCH PRICING – YOU WILL BE CHARGED MORE LAST MINUTE
They lure customers in with low quotes only to increase the price, knowing that most people won’t argue last-minute. What started as a reasonable price quickly became a rip-off.
• 100% BOND BACK GUARANTEE? A COMPLETE LIE.
The cleaning was so terrible that I could’ve done their job for them. I paid for something that should have been done correctly the first time. Their so-called “guarantee” is just a marketing trick—they don’t stand behind their work.

Final Warning: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
• Expect poor quality cleaning.
• Expect damage to your property.
• Expect zero accountability.
• Expect wasted time, stress, and frustration.

I regret ever hiring them, and I hope this review saves someone else from making the same mistake. If you value your time and money, go elsewhere. These people are scammers, and their entire business model depends on people giving up rather than fighting for what they’re owed.

To be honest, I don't understand how a company with such poor quality of service still exists in the market. Here's what my experience working with them was like:

They arrived three hours late.
The staff either didn't speak English or pretended not to when asked uncomfortable questions.
They got the address wrong and raised their voices at me when I asked why they hadn't arrived at the appointed time.
They suggested paying in cash or the price would be 10% higher than previously agreed.
They demanded that I, with a back injury, help them carry the cleaning equipment since the elevator in our building was not working.
Terrible management, as well as a call centre that rescheduled the appointment twice and then, a week after the service was provided, called to suggest rescheduling again due to some confusion.
Rude, unprofessional workers who did a poor job.
