Absolute S*HIT shower of a company!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! First time ordering with them was a nightmare, they didn't even make the goods then some guy had to deliver a sign to my house as it was for a customer who was getting annoyed at how long it was taking. Then I gave them the benefit of the doubt and used them again as people can make genuine mistakes. 2nd order was delivered, however very late! They promised a good service moving forward as I was using them B2B. 3rd order for a customer of mine got sent to the wrong address (about 150 mile away). The recipient opened it, realised it wasn't his and called the number on the sign (My customer)!!!!! Needless to say, I have now lost that customer who spent around £500 per fortnight with me.

I have sent a text message - NO REPLY
I have emailed - NO REPLY

Save yourself some headache and go elsewhere....

Just received my order from CAP. I was quite sceptic after reading different reviews but I rang and Umar on the phone was supportive in completing the order. Order came in good prints.

Placed order on the website, got a guaranteed delivery date. Order arrived three days late, no replies to emails chasing the order, no replies to emails requesting a tracking number. Other reviewers seem to have had a much better experience than I have, so I'd hope it's just "one of those things". However, there are loads of other printers available online, so I don't see cheapasprints getting my work in future.

I was attracted to this company by the positive reviews and the ordering process was straightforward. The company responded quickly to changes we requested after seeing the proofs, and told us exactly when the sign would be delivered, which it was. Unfortunately, the wrong spec material had been used, so I telephoned the company who promised to send a replacement. The replacement didn't arrive and email and phone chasers didn't elicit the replacement. In the end, we had to use the sign, having strengthened it to make good the wrong spec (the printing itself was wonderful), and the company eventually responded and promptly refunded half the cost in recompense.

It was a pity that the original sign was not made to spec, although I was very impressed by the artwork and the quality of the sign. I was happy with the eventual outcome and would consider using the company again.

Desperately needed a banner flag for an event... Placed my order Monday morning and by the next day it had arrived (pre 12noon!)

When you go on the website to order x50, it gives you the price of £62.43, unit £1.25. I placed the order thinking I'd receive x50. I didn't. I received x1 at the hefty price of £62.43. When I used the board, I noticed the printed area wipes off when you wipe off your boardmarker. Horrendous quality. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere. I am looking into legal action over misleading information on the website and poor complaints procedures with lengthy waiting times for responses and an inadequate response. I asked for my money back or for x50 to be sent to me as stated on the website. My company will not be sending any business to this company. Poor service.

I initially gave cheap as prints one star and wrote a negative review based on my initial order that took ages to arrive and was the wrong product. However after I have complained about the service and overall experience, they reached out to me and asked to put things right. They were very apologetic and sounded very sincere about what happened. They did refund me for the order and sent me the correct Decals(great quality BTW) I have originally ordered at no extra cost, and even gave me £20 (value of the order) as a good will gesture regarding what happened and the inconvenience caused. I must admit I was very disappointed initially, but the way they dealt with my complaint and the sincerity they showed was very refreshing to see and they seem to care about their customers and thrived to put things right. Some companies do not care if you complain, but these guys did indeed offer a great service at the end

I use Cheap as Prints regularly for ordering custom sized poster orders and anything bigger than A3 for prints I sell on Etsy. Their service has always been fantastic and their team is very helpful, I would highly recommend them.

Website is really easy to use/navigate and upload my own design. Print turned up very fast and with free tracked shipping. The print looks very much how I designed it to be so feel very happy to send this to my customer. Only downfall is that my print had some damage to the bottom caused by the lid being placed on the packaging tube without the print being pushed far enough down.. but I reached out to the team on Instagram and they responded fast and offered to help. Would recommend and have already placed a new order

Firstly, There was no communication, no acknowledgement of payment to which I had to phone up and chase them. The order was then not delivered within their stated time frame... again I had to chase them up. Absolutely terrible communication! When the product did arrive, it was not what I ordered and they do not seem to sell what they advertise on their website whatsoever. More phone calls again. They promised to send out more signs ASAP with a thicker covering (still not what I ordered) which have yet to show! Finally, I am still to received an invoice as I originally requested.

Absolutely avoid, terrible people and company. Do not trust with your business.

Excellent service and the printed bags were exactly what I was looking for. Had a really tight deadline which was caused by delays my end but Cheap as Prints helped me out and delivered 10,000 bags with days to spare.
