Terrible customer service! Booked online within their timeline of ticket availability. Contacted by them immediately stating that the ticket was no longer available asking to upgrade to main cabin for a price 2x the original price. Their email states you can opt out if this is unacceptable, however, they won’t let you cancel the reservation request holding you hostage on standby. BTW, there is a language barrier making it difficult to understand them and they frustrate you by asking you to speak louder! -5 stars if that were possible.

This is the second time I've used this service, and I suppose I'm rating the results of the first trip months ago, combined the booking experience I just had. Both were easy and problem-free. The CSR I just dealt with, a Mr. Harry Johnson, which I have doubts about that being his real name, was quite helpful and cordial, and worked to get me the best prices. Overall good experience. Hopefully this upcoming trip goes as well as the last. I will update my review either way.

I booked through them for a trip for my sister and I to go to Pennsylvania. There was an error on the confirmation and I called them right away and they refused to admit it was their error. They sold me flights more expensive of course and I demanded a refund and they did not want to give me a refund and we argued about it for a while. Then they told me that they would not charge me for the seats and that luggage would only be 25 instead of 50. So I agreed. I have called them many times to find out what my seat numbers are and they always tell me that someone will call me tomorrow. It’s a month later and tomorrow has never come. I still don’t know what my seat numbers are and I’m afraid of what I’ll end up with so I went ahead and bought some seats through United Airlines directly. It cost me an extra $360 and I don’t know if there’s any repercussions against them. Do not use them. It’s a scam.

I had booked a roundtrip flight and shortly after my booking, I had a change of plans. I found out that I could get a ride with a family member. I called back to cancel and told them the situation. Once I explained everything to them, they were able to get Supervisor approval to cancel the flight and fully refund my purchase. Thank you to Jasper Miller for working with me to resolve this situation quickly and professionally.

This is the worst agency I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with. Very unprofessional and rude to the point that they won’t take my phone calls. I’ve been calling them for 3 days demanding a refund that was out of my control. Don’t know what country they are in. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

I requested cancellation multiple times and was repeatedly told it would be processed, but my ticket remained active. One representative was also arrogant and unprofessional during the call.
Very frustrating customer service and no proper resolution despite repeated follow-ups. Think twice before booking with this agency and carefully check their cancellation/refund policy.

This is a bait and switch operation - don't use them! They didn't issue tickets, then said the flights were overbooked and charged higher prices with another airline - all service is overseas.

Very very poor customer service, these guys are trying to scam the people. On their website ticket will show very cheap and attractive prices and even you can book a ticket for that price. But you will not get a real legit confirmation email(they will send you reservation reference number but you no airline can help you with that number).
When i gave them a call for confirmation email they twice told me that they will give me call back in 30 min but they never did.
After some time I called them third time to either send me the confirmation email or cancel the ticket. The lady started yelling and abusing said we can’t refund( website clearly mentioned you can get fully refund if you cancel in 24 hours). And asking for more money to get confirmation.

Please avoid using this website, They use fake western names. Really hard to deal with.
