Sizing
So one bit of feedback is some clarity over the dimensions. I think you should ask for either height OR width. Then say that if you want it exactly the same as existing embroidery then put both Height and Width. Yu did one of my jobs twice and each time you only looked at one measurement. This is fantastic and in proportion however it does not come out the same size as the existing embroidery which we are trying to match with the dimensions provided.

We have been using them for years, best pricing, quality digitizing.
We do most of our digitizing with them. We are happy with the quality and service. We have an occasional logo that is difficult and needs edits if they can't get it quite right after a couple of times we have a local digitizer that can help with the issue.

fantastic price and quality
Ive been using cheap digitizing for at least a 15 years for my commercial digitizing needs. Not only is the turn around time extremely fast, the quality is bar none. I recommend Cheap Digitizing to anybody needing this service. I have even recommended this service to companies who used to do their own digitizing with outdated and difficult to use programs

I asked specifically for the design to…
I asked specifically for the design to be completed with 6 colors including the lettering color. It was sent back with much more than that. The stitch out has bunched up look and is not profession. I could not service my client and currently trying to find someone else that can.
