Ordered 16bottles of assorted vape juice and got everything I ordered exactly. Only took 4days with COVID delays.

Ordered juice 9 days ago usps still doesn’t have it I reached out to customer service who talked down to me n told me I should shop somewhere else. Terrible service & no product received.

I made the mistake of ordering juice from a company I didn't research. Looking at these reviews, I was fully expecting to never see my juice. I ordered $70 worth of stuff on 1/6 and received it on 1/11. Got exactly what I ordered and paid less compared to other sites. Now I'll probably never order again because the site has no privacy policy and everything else about it seems shady. Company is based in California, payment was taken in Texas, and USPS tracking said it came from North Carolina? I ordered, received my tracking number, and received my juice. Not much to complain about.

I made a purchase at this store after Christmas. I spent about close to 42 dollars for a 4 bottle of ejuice. During checkout, I've noticed a package protection fee of less than a dollar. I thought to myself, okay a dollar to insure my package is not really that much. I was apprehensive at first because I've been buying ejuice for years now and this is the first time I ran into such package protection fee. To cut the story short, my shipment never arrived. Contacted the store but they gave me some sad story about the Holidays and shipments are delayed. Wrong! They never ship the items in the first place and that's when the package protection kicks in! You file a claim and instead of replacing the items they refund your money. Nice right? Wrong again because they don't refund all of your money! From the 42 dollars that I've spent, they only refunded 33 dollars and some change. I have yet to see this amount in my bank but the point is, where is my remaining money since they didn't REFUND ALL OF IT! This store is such a scam. Do not buy from this store. I will also write to Better Business and perhaps they can shutdown the establishment!

I ordered three 60ml bottles and never received any of them. They never answered my email messages and their telephone just goes right to voicemail with no return phone call. I asked the USPS to look into the tracking number which they told me via a lengthy email that they just made the label from a different location to look as if it was mailed and it was 100% fraud. They never mailed anything.

I've been buying ejuice online for years. This is the single worst experience I've ever had. Upon receiving my order I discovered it was incorrect. I immediately called the contact number to find no one answers the number but a recording gives you an email address. Unfortunately, that email address bounced back and wasn't a real address. After scouring the website I found a functioning email address. At first they apologized and said they would correct the issue and send me a prepaid return label. While waiting for the return label I received another email informing me that there was not a problem but in fact it was my mistake and the only way to resolve the "issue"was for me to pay for return shipping and they would issue me store credit "at some point" (whatever that means). This place is a scam! Don't waste your money or time here!!

I purchased some ejuice from here, they sent the wrong nicotine content. I then reached out about a return - sent back the wrong (unopened) ejuice and informed their support with the tracking number and order confirmation. Three weeks later I have heard nothing from them, and when i call their support line it goes to voicemail and the mailbox is full. I have lost about $100.00 on this transaction and they are completely unresponsive. They have not sent back the correct juice, and they have the original juice.. and i'm out the cost of the purchase. It's complete lack of follow through and unacceptable. They basically robbed me.

Placed order 2 weeks ago, payment immediately debited from my account. Have never received order confirmation or shipment notification emails from cheapejuice. Have filled out form 3 times on their website to contact them about my order, have emailed, sent messages on Facebook, and called numerous times, you get a recording and can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. This was a $90 order.

Wonderful source for E-liquid, mind blowing prices! Very satisfied with my purchase (400+ml mystery bundle). Such great flavors, my wife and I love them all!!
