Terrible in every sense of the word

over charging all the time, impossible to get any sort of understanding or service from them.

they actually add contributions to their invoices like this is optional so i had to cancel my direct debit... can't wait for my contract to finish.

This company is a total fraud

This company is a total fraud. Once you sign up you can never get away from. They will bill you for non collections and keep increasing their prices without any clear notice. Now they are establishing a new company wastemanaged.co.Uk stay away from them both. Always sign direct in the likes of BIFFA or equivalent in your area as this company is total FRAUD

This company is genuinely the worst…

This company is genuinely the worst company I have ever worked with.
They are now going by 'Waste Managed' which apparently gives them the right to randomly charge every single one of their customers a £96+ VAT "exceptional circumstances" charge... the only way to get out of it is to switch your ongoing contract to them (which naturally is £20 a month more).
They outsource all of their services and those outsourced service providers NEVER turn up on time/when they say they are going to, if at all. You will get charged for a monthly service that you will actually receive once every 6 weeks on average, and they will lie about when they have been.
You will also get wrapped up in the longest small print terms and conditions you have ever come across making it impossible to get out of your contract, even when they are not providing the service.

I will say though, all of the customer service reps I have spoken to have been lovely, and their jobs must be hard work because the service is shocking. Kudos to them for remaining pleasant and professional when the company they work for are immoral at best.

Avoid at all costs if you value your hard earned money.

Robbing Their Customers - Many are sueing them!

They just added £86 to a bill...called it "one off charges" - this company is literally robbing their paying customers blind. they have been overcharging me for 2 years. I cancelled the contract exactly 6 months before the end date as requested, and the one off charge on this bill is dated after the end date of my contract, still refusing to credit.

I’ve been a Cheaperwaste customer for…

I’ve been a Cheaperwaste customer for years.

They increased the price drastically, around 90 per cent over.

Last year and during covid lockdowns, without letting their customers know about it. There was also extreme change in the pickup pattern with many missing pick up says with various excuses.

This price increase and change in the service were not affordable for my Company as a small business.

It is worth mentioning that I have never received a call or signed any contract over the last year.

Furthermore, I can prove I am not in agreement with this Company.

I have already sent my termination notice.

As soon as receiving this notice, they claim I have to pay them nearly £201.03 for the termination fee. It is worth mentioning that the final payment was cleared on 11.02.2022 with £26.63.

This is the most unfair case of one-sided agreement I have ever seen, and I am more than happy to attend any existing court anywhere in the UK to prove my point. I have not agreed to any form of the contract nor written and not verbally with cheaper waste regarding the waste collection last year in 2021, and I am not going to pay even 1 penny to this scam and bankrupt Company.

Since they reserved the right to change anything on an agreement to which I never agreed, I booked the right for my Company to change my waste management service to a more convenient company.

I have evidence that the agreement they want to charge me over its early cancellation is entirely unilateral.

I refuse to pay any fees over the termination of this invisible contract.

Do not go anywhere near this company

Do not go anywhere near this company. Missed bin collections, can't get through on the phone, over charging and to cap it all they are now invoicing me for extra charges due to the economic crisis. I have cancelled the contract now which you must do between 3 and 6 months before your contract ends. Lots of people miss this date and are stuck with a terrible company.

Avoid at all costs bullies!

Here is a copy of email sent to lovettes (cheaper wastes 2 Solictors employed to bully me into excepting there lies and paying or get a ccj. Nether of which I will take!!)

I fully dispute this fee as I continuously have stated there breech in contract to be plus failing to check age of waste as I sugested this was the only way to prove the waste was from December. The waste had wrappers of short dated food wrappers etc that could of proven none collection once again
during lock downs.

I am actally owed £144 for none service plus none service for several other collections which the admitted not to have taken place in a previous lockdown. This was supposed to be credited but my payments never reduced and they continued to take payment in full as normal.

The time this has taken up is unbelievable after 2+ years of paying a contract to be disbelieved when I’m simply stating my bin is full of decembers waste. A simple check from ash waste would have proven the collections were not made or they had been collecting waste possibly from a neighbouring buisness whom also used ash waste at the time.

Collections did not happen whilst I paid still. No money was owed. I was fully within my rights to terminate when none collections were ongoing, reported and disbelieved after only ever reporting none collections once before which they proved didn’t take place the first time.

This was all during lockdowns, I still needed service and they just branded me a lair then didn’t like it when I rightfully started getting frustrated when getting billed £750 firstly now it’s miraculously gone down to £580?

This is despicable to treat me this way for reporting what was my duty to report. This should have been checked and therefore disproven that collections did not as I stated happen as they have tried to state. The proof was there I have sent in dated pictures of the waste on the day I reopened after the lockdown to a bin full of decembers waste.

This Company is despicable and I would be extremely careful about signing anything with them. They will quote you a price and then invoice you whatever they feel like and hide behind small print in a contract that you will do well to get out of. The owners are trying to set up a new trading name WASTEMANAGED.CO UK due to the massive volume of complaints and legal matters against them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Very poor company

Very poor company. Say its fixed price then raise the prices, add on surcharges and miss collections. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have recently been 'acquired' but Waste Managed. But what they mean is that the directors and owners have just started up again under a difference name.

My contract was ended in Nov2021 which…

My contract was ended in Nov2021 which has been confirmed by them too, guess what, still they are servicing my site on paper and charging me for collections long beyond the term agreed. I had a few payments taken out from my accounts and credited only when I chased them. I've had a payment taken out from my account in late January and following a chase now. The empty bin supposes to be collected at some point in Dec 2021 still occupying my space which I have been on the chase still... Cheaper waste has become a very expensive waste considering the stress and time for a simple solution.

THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY SCAM

Please please don’t use this company.I pay them through direct debit every month and all of sudden they send me an invoice of £259. When you try to contact them you have to wait more than 50 minutes and just in case phone ring agent don’t pick up phone and you have to wait. I don’t know how to come out from this scammer because they hold me forcefully in my contract up to September 2023 and now they send me an invoice of £259 under the name of DUTY OF CARE.

I have a fruit and veg store, I SIGNED UP TO waste managed at the start off the year 2022. they told me that my bins was heavy the 1st week I was with them with the ADVICE OF Alex Chamberlain i removed half off the bin and left them out side in black bag, 2nd week they said it was heavy again and they did not pick up the bins, so i called waste managed and this time Natalie Dixon another staff there said there was meat product in the black bags (KNOWING THAT I AM A VEGAN AND MY SHOP SELLS FRUIT AND VEG), Natalie Dixon said she will get back to me in 2 working days, I did not receive any call or email at all so on the 3rd week again they did not pick up the bin. so this time I called again and got through to Alliesa (she was helpfull and i respect her communication skills) she said sorry but your bins are too heavy, while this is happening the council fined us £300 for the bin stacking up beside my shop, so Alliesa told me 100% it will get sorted next week, i pray it does, I also asked her to plz not to charge me for the months February and they said NO this is all my fault and the bins was heavy. Because i am in a 12 months contract with them i cant even leave.... again HOPEFULLY they do come pick up my bin next week and they now asked me to stay up at 6:30 am on Monday to assist the BIN people, so i pay for a service and i still have to do their JOB, I AM REALLY NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE AT ALL.

I have spoken to Alex Chamberlain yesterday and he made sure my bins are removed by (09/02/2022) and has promised me there will be no problems moving forward, thank you again for solving this issue Alex Chamberlain and Alex understood me paying £300 fine to the council is unfair on me and has credited me will 2 weeks of free collection. ALEX informed me to wait for the bin collectors and informed the time will be around 6:30am, i called Wastemanaged at 9:00am again the staff was rude and did not let me communicate with ALEX and told me the bin collectors came at 6:15am, and they informed me they will come again on FRIDAY, so i asked what time will they come? they replied "we cant tell u that and we will not know". I will keep updating this review until this is resolved. NOW I AM WAITING FOR ALEX Chamberlain TO CALL ME BACK!!

he said he will call as soon as he sees the email, and he did not email me back and has not called me back. and my bin still not been emptied, it is been left in the middle of the road and not pushed back in the place where they took it from. I will be emailing customer service at BIFFA too in the next 24hour I have wasted time and money in this process of working with Wastemanaged in the last 2 months it is valentine's day and I am still dealing with this :( I am really upset with this company.

THEY MISSED THE BIN COLLECTION AGAIN FOR 2 WEEK. I called WASTMANAGED and they still have not refunded the money they promised to refund by ALEX Chamberlain 1 month ago, now another person had answered and her name was Sam, I asked her to put me through to Alex Chamberlain and she can't put me through to him because she does not know if he is in or on another phone but I have received an email from Alex Chamberlain at the start of the day so what i am saying is wastmanagemnt LIE A LOT and she is telling me after three months that I should not be putting food waste into the bin, WOW JUST A LOT OFF LIESSSSSS THIS IS STRESSED ME AND MY FAMILY OUT A LOT AND NOW IT IS NEARLY 3 MONTHS AND STILL THEY HAVE NOT SOLVED ANYTHING...

LYNN HAS now said ALEX is on holiday hope he is having a great holiday while my family is stressed and paid fines... THEY SAY THEY HAVE A FAIR USAGE POLICY since January they have not solved anything, they said my bin is 75kg.

Beware of this company !!! As soon as we provided our data, we started having problems that cannot be solved, since it is very difficult to get through, usually about 40 minutes. And then the employees hang up. Can you imagine such mockery? The worst company I have ever met in my life !!!

Missold expensive contract via pressure selling

Was bamboozled and pressured over the phone into buying a service unsuitable for my business. Am now stuck in an excessively expensive contract that I was missold. When trying to cancel and make a formal complaint customer service has been terrible and failed to address any of my points.
