We had a failed collection and the customer service advisor of Cheaper waste (Alison) was very forth coming in resolving the issue for us. She called me with 24hrs of my email and followed up to ensure the collection that was rearranged had occurred. thank you.

After having issues with CheaperWaste Rob did help me solve the problem i had with them. When he said he would contact me he did and was very helpful.

The only thing cheaperwaste are good at is charging money, we have used them for nearly a year and they still cant get the collections right.
Worse still, despite the atrocious service we cannot leave for at least 3 months as the contract wont allow it. (It evidently does allow for bad service)

Don't use this company!! They took money off me repeatedly without giving me any service. I couldn't get hold of them what so ever. Really really bad company.

Collections repeatedly missed. Charges then received for excess weight, irrespective of the fact that a delivery has been missed. Customer Service very difficult to get hold of, by phone practically impossible and by email constant reminders to request a reply need to be sent. Overall really disappointed, repeatedly

I don’t think I’ve ever bothered to write a review about anything before, but my experience has been so bad, I felt I had to. I’ve just paid a £179 early termination fee to terminate my contract 9 months early, which they agreed to reduce by 50% due to ongoing issues. I would estimate that I’ve wasted 15-20 hours of my life on the phone to this company over approximately 30-40 separate phone calls since October 2020. I want to keep this review short, but what I will say is that most of the staff at this company are grossly incompetent, and give the impression that they couldn’t care less about rectifying any issues you have. I genuinely felt like I’d have a weight lifted off my shoulders when I finally was able to terminate the contract, as CheaperWaste have been comfortably the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.

we were chasing regarding the collection of a bin from veola which has been utstanding for about a month. This was resolved hopefully by chasing them, so it is now due Monday.

We were unhappy with our bin smelling of oil , but kerry helped get this sorted and followed it through to sort out the issues

I have been with them more than 2 years and had a atrocious service, so many hidden costs/charges, end up paying fortune to collect my waste, but so many missed collections, terrible customer service, long holding ups,
Now they're cunningly trying to take your business to a "WASTEMANAGED" company, so please be aware of this mockery.
I'm telling this information with the utmost confidence because I have signed with the new company (Wastemanaged ltd) and they have ruined my collection, last 4 weeks my waste NOT been collected and sad thing is I have paid them until 31st of January 2022,
What a wonderful way to waste your money.

I had setup direct debit and they don’t take any money from my account ,and I had money on the account ,and last week I get invoice with penalty what wasn’t my foul I call them so I pay directly over phone £55 and lady say all it’s sorted and today I get again invoice with this penalty I’m very disappointed with them

Avoid this company, shocking service missed collections and absolutely no help from customer not interested a shocking service, they will claim you are in a rollover contract when you try to leave, you get excess weight charges which you can’t challenge

Professional and problem sorted there and then. Excellent service
