I ordered an inner fender liner for my 2017 Corvette Z06. The part was $120 and shipping was $22. After waiting delivery for 5 days I received an email from them saying shipping was actually $200. Yes $200…more than the cost of the part itself. In today’s connected day and age I just don’t know how you can not know shipping cost at the time of order. I cancelled my order and have never even received confirmation or apology. Stay clear.

Mind boggled!!! Made an $800 purchase about 2 weeks later I get an email that they need to charge me an additional $250 for shipping on top of the shipping I already paid for because shipping was more than they thought or they were going to cancel my order and refund me🤯don’t bother calling them it’s just some random ladies voice mail is this even a real company

Have used them numerous times in the past without any problems. When there was a problem I get the crappiest response and customer service from them. I ordered 3 parts totaling $664.69. They broke the order down into two separate shipments and one arrived on time. The other part of my order I've waited over 2 weeks for and it still hasn't arrived. Their website says "Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-8 days". When I try to call all I get is an answering machine. Next day I get a brush off email that says the part isn't lost and I just have to wait. Been emailing back and for with someone last few hours, they say they have called USPS about and it is in transit - funny thing is, today is a Federal holiday and USPS is closed. When I exposed their lie communication has broken down. I'm threatening to dispute charges they have made on my card, they are threatening to re-direct shipment. Meanwhile the auto repair shop is calling me every day to complain my car is taking up their lift and they need the parts to finish the transmission so they can take care of other customers. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

Purchased an aftermarket gas door for my 2017 2SS Camaro. The price was very affordable and really makes my Camaro standout.

My concern is with the cost of shipping that seems to never be included in the purchase. Never "free shipping". I would buy more parts except for the fact that the high cost of shipping has made me look elsewhere.
