I bought a flight with Copa Airline from them. They took my 1,400$.They gave me a reservation number (supposedly from Copa), they gave me flight reservation numbers. They wrote me more than a week later to tell me that the reservation was cancelled. And that the fare was no longer available !

They f****** my trip ! !

Stay away from them!!They are just thefts!!After less than 24 hours cancel and "full " refund somewhere disappeared 60$.No answer to email. Calling to them-they just dropping phone.Prices goes up 1/3 after you booked your tickets. Highly not recommending!

Like nearly everyone else here, my experience with this suspicious company was bad. Booked two weeks in advance with a family member's credit card. They sent a confirmation email to my email saying that the purchase went through fine.

Unbeknownst to me, a second email from them went to my spam box which asked for confirmation of the credit card.

Fast-forward to the day before I am supposed to fly, when my attempts to check in fail. I call CheapFaresNow, and they tell me they never made the purchase for my ticket despite the misleading confirmation email, since I didn't respond to email in my spam folder... Nothing in their confirmation email suggested that I would receive a second email from them.

The customer service representative was very polite, to the point of sounding scammy. He kept telling me that he would feel upset too if he were "in my boots."

I decided not to purchase the ticket he was offering me, ($150USD more than I expected to pay), even though he said it was the only one left.

Thankfully, I was able to book for the time and day that I originally intended to purchase through expedia for the price I originally expected! I guess all's well that end's well.

I do not recommend doing business with CheapFaresNow.

I would like to give them zero stars. Please do not buy tickets from this websites even if they gave $200 cheap. you have to suffer a lot like me after that. They sent me messed up itinerary. hard to read.
Tomorrow i am leaving and i can not check in online. I bought same ticket for same flight from another webisite. i had no problem checking in online for them. I think i already posted a review few months ago about them when i was booking seats for us. My relatives got pre assigned seats with tickets. But i did not.
So, over all had a very bad experience

I'm scared, i canceled my ticket before the 24 hours after reading all the bad comments, I'm really worried if i will actually get the refund. Has someone got it?

One star is too much for them.
I purchased last night a ticket for $X. When I received the invoice, it was for $X+x+x+x so I called customer service, thingking there was a mistake in the charge. Three times they hang up on me, three different men. But before hanging,they told me that I was charged for what I asked for, and there was nothing they can do. Then I asked in which country was the main office of Cheapfarenow and the man told me he couldnt tell me that. Ok, are you a ghost company? What is the mystery on your real office? I asked; so I asked for a manager or someone with a superior position, and that was another hang up I got. To the third man, after asking for all my info again, I told him my issue one more time and asked for cancel my ticket and give my money back. That is possible but you are going to lose the taxes and something else I cant remember now. Me: how come you post in your web page that you can cancel a tkt in the next 24 hours FREE? Does free means something less than what you paid for? And you charged me about 60 dollars as a cancellation protection, and what was that for? For people who get sick and thats the reason for not traveling said the horrible man, Ah? someone understands this?
They speak as if they were from Brazil, it was difficult for me to understand them. But I will spent any effort to find them and suit them and make this issue a public one.

they are fraud website. Charge you more than what is showing.

Not reliable. I do not trust them because you end up losing money by paying more at online check in or the airport counter and the unexpected cost results in added stress on your travel journey. Yesterday, I flew on a ticket from Germany to Mozambique purchased with CheapFaresNow and when I checked in my bags, I had to pay $210. Baggage fees are usually part of the fare price in international travel. Who travels long distances without checked luggage? The CheapFaresNow ticket confirmation page did not warn me that baggage fees were not included in the fare price of $354. So I did not save money and instead had to pay for my bags and my seats ($72). So in the end what I thought was a great fare at $354 ended up costing me $636 or almost 2X the original price. Avoid CheapFaresNow because you are not saving money and will have to pay more at online check in.

Horrible, son unos estafadores, jamás compren ahí!
