If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Jim was unprofessional the minute I answered the phone and communicated with an aggressive tone throughout our schedule call which made me uncomfortable. That being said, I told him I wasn’t interested in paying money for his services if he was going to be rude during the phone call. He then hung up and wrote me an email stating I had no social skills. Disgusting behavior from a grown man.

This is a FAKE REVIEW. I did NOT write a resume for this individual. Rather, Megan Books is apparently angry because I refused to accept her as a customer, after being exposed to her rather bizarre behavior. Megan Brooks unfortunately demonstrated some very erratic behavior during our sole 5 five minute phone call. Since I'm used to receiving courteous respectful behavior from my clients, and extending the same to them, I was taken by surprise by her domineering demeanor and aggressive behavior. Following that strange interchange, I canceled Megan's order, voided her credit card transaction, and told her I was not going to help her fix her old resume. I do not accept disrespectful behavior from 25-year-old young ladies such as Megan, who apparently think that they can mouth off to the rest of the world. Megan Brooks placed an order for a one page resume. I called her as scheduled at her requested appointed time, and asked her to elaborate on some details on her old resume which were vague and ambiguous. She mumbled, spoke extremely rapidly as if on caffeine or late for an appointment. I had to ask her to repeat her answers three times, and when that failed, due to the ongoing mumbling, I tried a different tact and asked her to spell out some of the words she was uttering. Apparently this pushed her button, and rather than agreeing to slow down and speak clearly, Megan said "I do not like your attitude!" and "I am going to call the bank and demand my money back!", or words to that effect. I simply replied "My dear, you need to develop some social skills, learn how to show respect to others, and practice slowing down when you are speaking or drink less caffeine, as the case may be." Good luck, Megan. I'm afraid you are a poster child for a confrontational, obnoxious client whom no resume service in it's right mind wants as a customer. I canceled her order, refunded her money, and sent her on her way. I did not write a resume for her. I would make the same decision again, "in a heart beat," if I ran into Megan Brooks again! Good luck Megan
