The Code CNF20* for Phone Reservation did not apply for this flight. The agent, Casey, offered me a more expensive flight through United Airlines instead. Not very marketing strategy!

Had to cancel cause of covid and was promised future credit and when I called to use that credit they said I didn't have one and the people couldn't speak English good and wasn't helpful at all, worst experience with customer service in my life
