Super scammers. Bait and switch. They shouldn’t be allowed to do business. They don’t do the switch until after they have your credit card info which is terrifying. I give Momondo a 1 too for allowing them to show up in their search engine.

I attempted to book flights from US to Japan on their website. After filling out all the forms, when I clicked "purchase" nothing happened.
I called them and they told me the price quoted wasn't valid, and offered me a much higher price. I declined. They then called me with an "even better" offer on a different airline which I refused.
They seem like crooks to me and I wouldn't do business with them.

They got people who offers a ticket for less then don’t even send a confirmation,,, call them while u r on airport another $1163.67

Booked a flight then 2 hours later, I was told that I bought a "stand by" ticket and if I still wanted this flight I would have to pay $100 more. I was then told I had restrictions for this flight. No luggage at all and I wouldn't be able to pick my seat. I argued then finally hung up and called my credit card company. This is a fradulent company. I hope more people read this prior to using the company.

Do not use this site. Cheap flights are a scam. They take your money for no flights provided that you needed. Wont retun your money.

This is a scam company. They are a disgrace to America. We were scammed today. Please stay away from this company and don't spend a penny with them. Please, please.

SCAM. I was trying to book a flight on a travel site and the price was creeping up within minutes so I tried this and there were the same tickets for half the price and one of their vendors showed a large "discount". I figured it would be ok not to check bags and not to have a seat selection for the difference, but it did not say what the restrictions were. I booked it and it said "pending". When I called to find out what the holdup was they said I needed to confirm the restrictions first: that not only would I not get to check OR carry on bags but I would have to arrive at the airport 5 hours in advance! I said that I don't agree and they said my card was charged already but I could add on the "missing privileges" for extra money - which was about the same as on other sites. I said I didn't want this ticket since I had booked it elsewhere and still had time to cancel it. They put their "supervisor" on saying they could get me a better deal and then suddenly the price doubled! They claimed that the airline already charged my card for the original amount. I said I would take it up with the credit card company and didn't want their ticket. I still don't have a confirmation and haven't seen the charge hours later. Not worth the trouble and the savings are too good to be true because they are fake.

Scam, Stay away from this. I had a person book a flight for me because I was on the road. This company called me and for the next 45 min did nothing but tell me all the restrictions and kept changing my flight and increasing the cost. Finally the day of the flight I received my boarding pass with so many restrictions carry on and checked items that I could not use that ticket. This company should not be in business.

Big SCAM and fraud company. Do not give them a penny business.

We made booking for 3 tickets ($118 each) though their site (provider: FlightMover) with good price. They did not book the flight on the spot. Instead they provided update starting in-progress. The notes stated that we should receive e-tickets in 24 hours. If it won't arrive, give us call on 1-855-7384-107.

We called them after 2 days. As I was expecting from this scammer. They mentioned that only two tickets are confirmed and for 3 ticket you will have to pay $900 (original price was USD 118).

Their business model is to show unbelievable low price, take your booking online and wait for your call and then cry for higher price.

It is scammer's favorite marketing strategy to bring customer to their door step.

Go with reputed sites instead of this cheaters.

What a scam this company is!!! Before making a reservation, I checked them and saw they are owned by Kayak which gave me a good level of confidence. In the end they are just a bait and switch and I was able to put a lock on my credit card before they had a chance to charge it. Shameful!

They are indeed a bait and switch scam. After I paid for a direct flight (CPH to LAX) by credit card over the phone, they later changed the flight to one where I will be traveling for 36 hours with three flight changes. YOU CANNOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY and the conversations are endless with repeat holds

Scam. Do not use this website to book airline tickets. They scam you back to original price that you could have gotten with purchase through airline

I purchased a ticket, the confimation email was a reservation confirmation, no ticket yet.
I realized it is just two way tickets, and we need the back tickets, well after 2 min of the purchase I try to contact the customer service, they cannot do anything and they are escalating the issue to another department, which I say, but this might delay stuff and then incurr in costs, I am aware most airlines have a 24 hour cancelation policy and we will then incur in costs, just because you cannot do your job.
What happened? NOTHING, more than 24 hours, I talked to more than 4 different people on the chat, none of them able to help me further. All of them saying that they are scalating the issue, no one contacting me.... DO NOT RECOMMEND THE EXPERIENCE.

I have never had such an awful experience. I just tried to book a ticket for my son to see me from Jacksonville Florida to Washington DC after paying for it. He lets me know that he doesn’t have a seat he’s on standby and no, he cannot even bring a carry-on and if I try to cancel, I lose all my money I could increase by changing it and upgrading my ticket. The man very poor English very hard to understand, but I have never had such a bad experience in my life after this flight, I will never never use cheap flights or Jasper travel. Beware they don’t tell you anything till after you paid and then you cannot cancel and get your money back or service.

Cheapflights does not reveal the total flight cost you are selecting on their website. If you say, but that is not what I agreed to, they say, to bad unless you pay a fee we are going to charge you anyway. Very deceptive!

Cheapflights are a Bait and Switch Scam. They sold me ticket's and then told me they did not include luggage, carry on or personnel items. But for double the money I could add it. I informed them that they were pulling a bait and switch scam, scammer stated that it did not mater because my tickets were non-refundable. I checked with my credit card people and they stated they had bought the tickets with my card, same amount they had quoted but not in my name. I submitted a fraud and canceled my card. Card company is still reviewing the case before refund can be administered.

the are a scam, the can't honor their booking and than they try to up sale you packages and their customer service it's horrible

I booked a flight with them last Saturday night and I still didn't receive my e-ticket which we usually get after paying like any other company. I messaged them and responded that I will receive it after 7 days. But why?
Normally , we should be getting our flight e-ticket 24 - 48hrs. And one thing, there is no field that ask you to input your Passport number and that is why it makes me anxious right now.
I just hoped this people wont scam me.
