Shame that you don’t give a preview of the banner online, but Helpful service when I had a problem
with the delivery.

Banner turned up on time. High quality print and the stand was exactly what we wanted. However there was a problem with the artwork. I let the team know - they accepted an updated file and turned it around super quick. Can't say fairer than that. Good communication and great service. Very trustworthy company.

Arrived on time per the quick service purchased. Good quality and clear print. Helpful phone response.

Absolutely thrilled with the easy and quick service. The banner looks just as I designed.

Conflicting information on delivery website says it's waiting fulfillment whilst the tracking app says delivered. No answer on chat or answering the phone... I will be getting a charge back from my Bank

Order placed on Thursday 17 August 2023 11.53am. No response to email or telephone calls on Monday 21 or Tuesday 22 August - not sure if anyone still works here? Had to find another supplier!

Paid for delivery before 11am for an event, and they didn't arrive until almost 1pm - missed the vent.

I have held off leaving this review as I wanted to give cheaprollerbanners.co.uk to resolve my dispute. However, despite emailing support on a couple of times now, I've still not received my roller banner which I ordered. It still remains unfulfilled in the website, and still no dispatch notification. This is really bad form. I've left this review as they've been emailing me with reminders to leave a review and so here it is.

We paid fast service 48 hours and we did not receive our goods. We tried to phone, nobody is answering. We sent an email and nobody is replying. Avoid this company. I'm opening a dispute

Exactly what I wanted fast and well priced.

Product never arrived despite having ordered and paid extra for the express service. Noone answers the contact telephone number. Followed up with them via email and was told that delivery would be Tuesday (both before and after place order). Chased again on Wednesday after no delivery and was first told that it would be delivered the next day only to later have another email saying they couldn't open the art work file so it was not even ever printed. They did not even try to contact me prior to that.... Missed having any display banner at a conference. Wished I had ordered elsewhere. Terrible.

There was a printing error but I was sent out a new roller banner. My only issue was someone coming back to me could have been quicker. I was happy with the replacement and how quickly it arrived.

Ordered a banner from them a year ago which was fine after a couple of replacements. Put an order in this year and they then asked me to pay an additional £15 even though I'm supplying my own artwork so I cancelled the service now two weeks later, I'm still chasing up my refund, ridiculous service don't need to be chasing someone from my money

Complete disappointment. The artwork was modified by the designer without our knowledge and patches where put behind all of the text. Trying to ask them to fix it and resend the banner. But no one is replying. It has been 1 week now. No one is answering the phones or emails which was answered very promptly when the order was being placed.
